We came in for an upgrade and for help with an insurance claim. There were agents available and nobody came up to help us until we asked for help. The person who helped us had a bad attitude and would not explain well when we further asked questions. Her name was Alyssa. She was incredibly rude and unkind. I have had much better Verizon experiences. I do not recommend coming to this store. read more

Luis was very helpful and patient and got us taken care of. Sometimes upgrading a cell phone feels like buying a car but Luis took care of us while we were in store. We had free Disney+ and Hulu and ESPN+ on an old plan and we understood that would end on the new plan but we could still get it as an add-on perk for $10/month. However, when we got home and tried to change to the new add-on perk, Verizon emailed us that this deal was not allowed where we live due to some weird state law. Spent two hours on the phone with CS, they couldn't do anything. Wife went back to the store today, spent another 90 minutes trying to resolve it with someone other than Luis, still couldn't help us. We are just out of luck, apparently. We can't possibly be the only ones trying to add that perk where we live. Verizon knew this was an issue and they still advertised it. Might've stuck with our cheaper previous plan if we had know this was going to turn into a thing. read more

Came here yesterday with my boyfriend to get the new iPhone. I usually get anxious when it's time to switch over my phone but we had a super great experience yesterday. Emily was the one who helped us get set up and she was just such a delight! She was so helpful when answering our questions and got us set up on a super great plan. She genuinely took her time to make sure that we got everything we needed. It was super refreshing to have such great customer service! Done, just done with this location and the company. I still have 2 'hum' car machines with them (unfortunately), and I cancelled my phones with then on July 6th. Mind you, I already had a new phone and service provider in place when I went in to cancel them. And yet, yesterday I received a bill for 1 of the 2 phones we bought out. Obviously, the woman I dealt with last month screwed something up, but I'm not paying around 80$ for a dead, unused phone that was previously cancelled!!! UPDATE: Went in to fix it. Girl in the store had me call some 1800 number- apparently the woman who "helped" on July 6th forgot to mention calling this number to disconnect cell numbers. I still had to pay for 1 weeks worth of data and service (another mistake from someone at their facility- I went in in may to check billing cycles before my out of country trip- was told to cancel before the 20th to avoid being charged- went in on the 6th- still charged). Long story short, physical store has zero customer service/support, don't bother wasting your gas. read more

Rarely do I write a review after a first visit. Except of course when there will be no further visits! I've been a Verizon customer since cell phones have been a popular thing. Their customer service is always subpar, but the network makes up for it, normally. Today was an exception, the exceptional rudeness that Celine and I experienced walking in, the dismissive attitude and nature of the employee, the general disregard for customer service, and the downturned nose at my business are all reasons for the one star. I have been working with verizon since June 18 and today is July 5 The request at the beginning was to pay off my devices which they took payment and put it towards my bill which was incorrect so now I have a two month credit I also wanted to upgrade my phone which they told me I had to change plans but didn't look to see the plan I was on was perfect for me and maybe I just should've bought the phone without changing the plan. I would give 0 stars if possible. These people are horrible! Between my son and myself, we had to make three separate trips to this store to straighten out the mess they created moving my son off my account and on to his own. It took up more than three hours of our time. The girl who created the entire issue completely changed her story while I was explaining what was going on and how much time of ours she had wasted. She said it was my choice to come to the store and began laughing when I said I am here because there is a $60 recurring charge I want off my bill. Additionally, no one (2 separate calls lasting at least 30 minutes each) at the Verizon call center could figure out what was done and said we had to go into the store to straighten it out. read more

He even gave me days to think about it. Went back days later passing so may Verizon store just so Dalton can help us. We even bought few accessories. My daughter received the iPhone 5c for Christmas and she wanted to get a nice phone cover that offers great protection. The customer service we received was excellent. "DC" was our service representative. He took his time with us, brought out covers from the back, and showed my daughter many options for covers. He could have tried to up-sell the expensive covers, but didn't. He knew she was paying for it and didn't even try to take advantage of selling her something she couldn't afford. He gets 5 stars! The store had limited 5c covers, and for that I give the store 3 stars. I will return because of the customer service we received. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE!!!!! My husband and I walked in 10 minutes before they closed to make a large purchase,( we were unaware of the closing time and apologized for coming in so late) The manager was sitting with a girlfriend who came with a dog.. He was very rude when he asked what we wanted and wouldn't take the time to help, let alone to stand up and assist us. (We were the last of 3 customers there.)The lady that tried to help, just kept rushing us. My husband then received a call from one of his employees, which was important. He apologized for taking the call and it occurred as we were just paying and all he had to do was sign.. she pushed the machine in his direction, to which he put his hand up to get her to pause for just a second while he finished the call. I set up my account and got my first Pixel at this store about a year ago. So far I am NOT impressed. I am receiving my fourth Google Pixel on Tuesday. Spent 2 and a half wasted hours on the phone with their national customer service earlier today. I do not want this POS phone any longer but the only options they offer would cost me hundreds of dollars more. Really poor customer service. Why keep transferring me when not one of the people I speak with is going to do anything about the glaring problem? The Pixel is a LEMON and Verizon should be ashamed. I found this Verizon store by using yelp and reading the reviews. This store is excellent! I was greeted immediately and put on a waiting list and then served well within the time I was quoted. Jesus has been exceptional in regards to informing me, being courteous, and knowing his business and products very well. The customer service in the store is well beyond much that I've experienced in all of the state of New Mexico during my many years living here. I'm a very happy customer! read more
