    Nice customer service and the guy knew what he was doing. The only complaint is that we had to wait for too long (like 15-30 minutes).

    10/27/2014:: UPDATE: SO I COME INTO WORK TODAY TO GET A NOTIFICATION THAT APPLE HAS CANCELED MY…read moreORDER ONCE AGAIN!!!! THANK YOU AT&T (at&t doesn't know why, but they are not helping me to get an other one!) They have told me to contact AT&T, I called AT&T and they are telling me that sometimes the OLD unlimited data plan I have has flagged the purchase of phones recently. They try to get me to give up my UNLIMITED DATA plan which I turn-down of course. I spoke with a CHARLES FULLBRIGHT of the RIO RANCHO call center who promised me that an "OMAR" no last name, even though he's that guys boss, would return my call tomorrow. AT&T you've blocked my phone when Apple was trying to ship it our Saturday, the least you can do is get me one. Seriously??? Is it this hard to purchase a phone? I've been on the phone with them for over 2-HOURS now, trying to see what they can do, they told me that they can re-submit the order... NO THANK YOU, I WANT TO KEEP MY ORIGINAL ORDER THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I didn't screw anything up, you guys did and now you want for me to want again??? AT&T, ARE YOU READING THIS??? ORIGINAL POST ON APPLE, BUT THIS WHOLE TIME IT'S AT&T WHO SCREWED MY PHONE PURCHASE UP. Waited in line for the launch of the Iphone 6+ I stood in line from the afternoon the day before, a representative went by counting heads and ensured me that there were only 60 or so people ahead of me so I should have no issues getting my phone. Well early that morning a large group rushed the front doors (Apple only had a few security on staff which was no match). Needless to say they couldn't put everyone back in line properly and I found myself at least 200 persons back. I still waiting till the morning, they then started passing out tickets, TOO LATE FOR THAT, THE LINE WAS FALTERED! I waited till close to 10AM when I was finally notified with less than 30-people in front of me that the phones were all gone!!!! I went home like a civilized person, wrote a letter to Apple, AND OF COURSE NO REPLY, told them my story, even included a copy of my line ticket. Finally I decided to order my phone online on 9/27/2014, by chance today I figured I'd check the status of my order "IT HAD BEEN CANCELED BY APPLE!!!" Are you serious, not an E-mail or call... NOTHING I called and spoke with a gal by the name of Sandra who ensured me that she would do whatever it took to help me get my place back in line so I would not have to resubmit an order and wait an other 3-4 weeks!!! NOTHING WAS NOTED IN THE SYSTEM AS TO WHY THE ORDER WAS CANCELED. I OWN THE FOLLOWING APPLE PRODUCTS: 1. Iphone 1 (couple of those, we don't sell our used phones). 2. Iphone2 (couple of those, we don't sell our used phones). 3. Iphone 3 (couple of those, we don't sell our used phones). 4. Iphone 4 (couple of those, we don't sell our used phones). 5 Iphone 5 (3 currently in use). 6. Ipad (standard size) 7.Ipad (mini) 8. Apple computer (couple of years old now. I was disgusted by someone in line who was telling me that they were bitching an Apple operator out and they got a FREE Iphone 6... Wow, so you be patient and polite and you get pushed out of your place in line, you get pushed out of your place online and still pay retail!!!!! I'm very unhappy of the way I've been treated, never have I considered just moving to an other platform. It's amazing how being well mannered and civilized gets you, well I guess I shouldn't expect anything different. But in the event Apple actually reads my review I certainly will make it my business to show up at the next launch well prepared to be the first in line so I can get the interviews from all the NEWS channels and tell them about my story in a year or two when the Iphone 7 launches. Yes, I will wait for my time to come, I'm not only civilized, I'm patient too. APPLE, LET'S TAKE CARE OF THIS SO YOU WON'T SEE ME COMPLAINING NEXT LAUNCH. UPDATE 11/10/2014:: Apple called and offered to some resolution for any difficulties on their end, knowing that AT&T was the ones ultimately responsible, they still offered to make me happy in a good-faith gesture.     I was helped by Chelsea at this store, and she seems to have the "bait and switch" move down to a…read morescience. I was lured in by the $35 per month 5G internet, so I switched my internet and my phone. Once I signed the dotted line, that was the end of any customer service. Chelsea got her commission, and that was that. What she never mentioned is that Verizon does not have a tower in New Mexico, and there's no plan to build one. We're all using the tower in Phoenix. She also didn't bother to set up the my router to my address. It was set up to some other address in New Mexico. Not that it mattered, the speed never got any better. This is the absolute WORST internet and phone service I've ever had. I think even my first generation dial-up AOL was faster than the supposed "5G" internet Verizon gives me. I literally have to type in a website address, then walk away and do something else for 5-10 minutes -wash dishes, walk the dog, whatever - and if I'm lucky, the site will finally have downloaded by the time I finish. Forget navigating around! It took me over 2 hours to pay 5 bills online. I was damn near in tears from frustration. I have to call the customer service line to "troubleshoot" my internet issues every single time I want to use the internet, which is daily. It gets better for about 5 minutes, and then it's back to the same turtle-with-a-broken-leg-speed. I don't know what I'd do if I was still working remotely. It would be impossible. The phone service is even worse. Every single person I call says my sound goes in and out, and I drop every other call. I cannot even entertain the idea of a zoom call. Anything with video takes up too much bandwidth and it drops within seconds. RUN from this service!!! Seriously! It's not worth the money you save.

Ezeefiber gave me four times the speed at a lower, guaranteed price. Installation was not easy because I have both a wired and wireless network in the building. The install technician (Oscar) was reliable, helpful and hard-working. He resolved the issues with the wired network on his own effort by upgrading the router for free. The fiber cable has not been buried yet, but is supposed to be done soon. So far, we have not had a single outage of the service in five days. I know there have been some complaints about installation, but I had no problems. I would recommend Ezeefiber, especially if you are with Sparklight now.

Ezee Fiber cable installers chopped my irrigation system wire and never said anything. A week later I have a yard full of very expense and very dead plants. How can anyone be so irresponsible or so stupid to think their mistake would not be discovered. Ezee Fiber does not hire honest competent people, they do not train them in good work procedures, and they do not supervise their employees' work. The photo shows my chopped irrigation cable. Ezee Fiber buried it after they chopped it. This chopped cable could have easily been repaired when they chopped it... and no other losses would have occurred. They buried it without saying anything and I discovered my irrigation system was not working when my plants died.
