AVOID like the plague! NOT WORTH whatever short-term deal or promotion they're offering!! I was near the edge of cellular service area (be sure to check coverage map first!) so our calls would get dropped at home or the call quality was abysmal. We decided to switch carriers and T-Mobile made it near IMPOSSIBLE for me to SWITCH TO ANOTHER CELL SERVICE (to Xfinity). I literally spent at least 10 hours trying to get the IMEI transfer passcode. Trying to find a competent phone representative to get the transfer code inconceivably difficult. I'm sure making it this much of a PITA to leave is intentional. Just fill call centers with reps largely overseas, poorly trained, sometimes unable to speak English (not bashing them, wish I was bilingual) to increase the FRUSTRATION of switching in hopes you'll give up and stay with T-Mobile. At one point a rep told me there was NO WAY for me to prove I'm the account holder so COULDN'T assist me. You just cannot make crazy things like these up!! So, I was told to go to a local T-Mobile store and show my driver's license. ONCE THERE, the store employees told me ONLY way to get the transfer code WAS TO CALL THEM. Call rep says go to store; store tells me I need to call. Seriously??!! ---- THE WAY OUT! --- The retail store had a HUGE floor to ceiling window at least 50-feet wide with a public sidewalk near a at eye-level. We have a right to peacefully PROTEST on public property (with few exceptions). I told the store manager I was going to BE ON THAT SIDEWALK this weekend along with some teenagers (cheap labor) with signs stating T-Mobile's service was horrible, go ANYWHERE ELSE for cell service, etc. They gave me the transfer PIN within 5 minutes!! read more

I stopped in T-Mobile and they told me they were out of blankets. Before I could leave parking lot a team member walked to her car with several blankets and I'm not being dramatic it was at least 7 blankets . Do better read more

Zero stars is too generous. Against my better judgement, I took the advice of a T-Mobile telephone support customer service agent, who directed me to contact my local T-Mobile store for deals on devices. Foolish me for taking bad advice. I called the store but, as a T-Mobile customer for over three years, I still could not get any device pricing information. The person at the T-Mobile store I spoke with said she didn't have access to my account over the phone and that I needed to make an appointment to visit the store. She also directed me to go online for the simple pricing information I was seeking. Incredibly unhelpful and a waste of my time. T-Mobile customer service has now sunk to the level of AT&T and Comcast. Congratulations T-Mobile. You've plummeted a long way, baby. October 2021, I signed up with David at T-Mobile at their Alpharetta location thinking I'd be saving some money. Arriving home just a few miles away, I found out their service was unavailable at my house. So I cancelled within 48 hours. They charged my credit card a month later for $50 even though I was not using their service! It's now Feb 3, 2022 and I've called customer service every week with more than 5 total hours (10 phone calls at half hour each) speaking with 10 different "professionals". Each one gave me the same "we'll refund your account" promise and even gave me Cancellation Ticket Numbers and Refund Request ID numbers. It's 3 MONTHS later and I STILL have not received my refund. I purchased a new phone and needed the quickest way to transfer all my info. from the old phone to the new one. I was in the area, so I stopped by this T-Mobile store. I noticed a T-Mobile employee taking a smoke break right by the front door. Probably not the ideal place for that. Anyway, I went in and he came in right after me and asked if he could help me. I told him what I needed and he was wonderful in helping me get what I needed done. He also offered me some great services and T-Mobile offers, as well as some helpful apps that I was interested in. I noticed that all of the employees here were very helpful to all the customers who walked in. We were all greeted enthusiastically and helped quickly and efficiently. Good job. read more

Apologize for my mistake: the following experience was at North Point Mall T-mobile store not this location. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Just went in for a quick SIM card switch from MotoX 1st to Samsung s4(since motoX 1st generation had a smaller SIM card size.) The guy who worked there first greeted me with a smile and tried to help then everything went down hell. Yes, it was my bad that I should have double check and make sure my phone was unlocked to get the process going faster. For some reason first time he failed to switch the SIM card because he was under the impression the phone was not unlocked and I should have known better. Then out of nowhere, the guy lost my old Motox SIM card slot and tried to put the blame on me(nor did him try to apologize or replace another one but said good luck finding another unlocked phone.) I walked out confused and double checked with my friend(who btw was 100% sure the phone was absolutely unlocked). Without a proper working phone and feeling frustrated, I came back to the store and told the guy the phone was unlocked for sure. He raised his voice and started questioning my credibility and said he knew better because he used to work for Verizon. To prove me wrong, he went activating another SIM card just to show me the phone was not unlocked. GUESS WHAT SURPRISINGLY IT WORKED!!!! WHAT AN ODD. He then finally "patiently" tried again and finally got the SIM card I paid to make it work. This bad experience did not even have to happen if he tried the second time instead of giving me attitude and questioned me if the phone was unlocked at the first place. read more

I went in for a car charger ready to make a purchase. How I was greeted and spoken to was rude. This was the reason I decided to drive down the road to purchase my charger from sprint. They took good care of me an offered me a 10% discount when I told them about my negative experience at your location. I went to T-Mobile store address 1000 North Point Circle 1014, Atlanta, GA 30022 yesterday, March 28, 2017, looking for a $40 prepaid plan. This guy Hodari Prawl just proceed with the application without checking that the $40 prepaid promo is no longer available. I ask him 3 times. Is this the $40 Plan? he answered YES. After paying using my credit card, I make a double check and find out that there's no longer $40 plan promo. I ask him that I wanted to cancel the transaction. Hodari Prawl told me that he cannot return the money back to my credit card. I ask for his manager and told me that his manager is off that day. He don't give me any options here. So, I am giving this store a very low rating.. If there is only negative STAR. that is the kind of rating for the kind of costumer service this Hodari Prawl deserve.
