That's not legal . I asked for proof of services that were completed and what was done the store themselves said they didn't do anything to my computer but download nzxt cam that does nothing more than what my windows task manager can do your managers words "that's just what he prefers" . Your manager then continues lying to my face saying he spent time and did updates all the week they had it and moved my ram which is entirely not true. Because he then contradicted himself saying he couldn't remember after i called him out on it. I'm not an idiot I have a $3000 PC , I took it back home and nothing was done to it and all the same issues persisted and no diagnosis was done because i had to go home and diagnose it myself and spend hours taking apart my PC WITH ONE HAND. The only reason I brought it in was because i was in a car accident and have had surgery and a broken wrist not because im ignorant . no ram was moved because if it had been my bios would have to relearn the memory and my computer would notify me when turning it back on. Furthermore I checked recent installments and updates and nothing at all was done other than installing and running nzxt cam to do exactly as i stated before nothing . when I called him out on that lie He began becoming more aggressive and lying yelling and cursing then ignoring me and taking other customers only to further say he couldn't remember what he did to my pc exactly because he had so much work but yet i do. I called everyday to check on it the week they had my pc because i also do work from my pc, get this he had been out sick for multiple days and James his coworker confirmed so and also started that no work was done . He then offered to have me bring it back in after I spent my time and money self diagnosing it to be a hardware issue which your store claimed was not the issue and wanted to do a fresh install of my OS and pay more money which I know how to do and did myself And would not bring it back in to waste more time and money at such a rude disrespectful and dishonest establishment. miraculously the day he gets back in after calling off all week my pc is done and had all this "work" done to it. I picked it up with nothing diagnosed and specific request I made and said I'd pay for not done or addressed . Then I was threatened to be kicked out of the store , ignored and dismissed for asking these questions and being disrespected and only then did I become angry and used foul language because you have a store manager with zero integrity who is using the same language , lying in my face and disrespecting me in front of other customers. After escalating to corporate they are doing absolutely nothing about the situation and claimed that they were providing no refund after No diagnostics or time was even spent on my pc.

I remember when outlets used to be outlets. That is, the products they carried might be last years…read moreversions, might be discontinued, but they were always at discounted rates. These days, and not just Nike, outlets aren't even cheap anymore. It's easier and cheaper most of the time to just buy it online. Which is sad, because I still like the "old fashioned" experience of going into a store. Once in awhile you'll catch some deals. So it's not ALL bad... but they still have the Nike hoody that runs like $70 or so... which to me, isn't a deal at all. Prices, everywhere, continue to climb. Just like a game of spades after a few good hands your destined for something bad. My luck with the apple store is truly not any different at all. About 2 years ago I had a really terrible experience that was ultimately handled positively. From that point I've had consistently positive experiences with apple. Well that was until this month. On October 1, 2022 I came into the apple store looking to get my horribly cracked phone repaired. I came in at approximately 6:25 without an appointment. Lucky for me they were able to get me in for an appointment for 7:35. I was told to come up to the front and remind them so that they don't forget about me. Context my phone was cracked on the front and back so I was pretty confident they would probably have to repair my phone. Update they ran diagnostics and determined my phone would need to be replaced. They gave me a replacement phone. The person I worked with literally just handed me the phone and said I was all set and walked off. I started to try and enter my information and then quickly discovered that the phone was locked. It took was truly felt like forever for them to figure out what the passcode was. I know what you're probably wondering well surely they went ahead and activated the phone for you but of course they didn't. I had to leave and go upstairs to T-Mobile for them to activate my phone. When I got upstairs they weren't able to activate the phone. We contacted several customer service support agents with no luck at all. Only for T-Mobile to tell me that apple gave me a lock device. At this point I needed to go back downstairs to the Apple Store where I would wait even longer only for them to give me a new loaner. At this point the phone was unlocked so that was a plus the negative is that it took them so long I couldn't go to T-Mobile to get it activated. So after several hours later and a couple phones later I left with a device that didn't work for certain but eventually it would. Yay me.

They're conveniently located right outside the JCP department store on the second floor, across the way. Everyone was very friendly both on the phone and in person. They also went over the repair agreement thoroughly, including the $75 diagnostic fee, which goes toward the cost of any repair. At first, I got a call saying the motherboard was completely damaged and likely beyond repair, which was disappointing. Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again, although hopefully I won't need to anytime soon!

We texted back-and-forth and she offered to come to the house to take a look at it. She worked on it for 2 1/2 hours trying to change the drivers she charged me $80 and she said there's nothing really that I could do. She told me that I could trade in my computer and get more money. So I'm going to bring her back just to upload all the information from my laptop to a thumb drive [because I don't trust myself to do it] and I'm willing to pay her to do it, because I feel she is very competent.
