this review is for the customer service number that I had to call 3 times and spend nearly 2 hours with to make what I thought was a simple TV package change. fast forwrd through those 2 hours on the phone and I wound I up needing all new cable boxes to get the new cable boxes to get the TV service to work. the online sales people for spectrum are poorly trained, don't know their products, make error after error and then try to upsell their customers to Spectrum Mobile service after screwing you over on the phone for 2 hours. be aware that Spectrum Mobile is really Verizon cell service, spectrum leases the Verizon service like Mint mobile leases T Mobile service. at least Ryan Reynolds is pleasant at Mint. bottom line is that Spectrum is a cold blooded, poorly managed organization rife with computer glitches, lousy sales people, close to no training and zero compassion for customers they screw over with mistakes made by spectrum employees. they want me to post a photo and I can't do that because an extended middle finger in a photo is inappropriate. read more

I got a new phone, I having difficulty trying to switch my old phone to the new so I went to the T Mobile store. I walked in and was going to sign in and an employee sitting at the counter, head in his phone asked what I needed without even looking up. I approached him and said I needed some assistance setting up my new phone. Still without looking up told me to go to U Break We Repair store. I was so confused. I told him it's not broke, it's a new phone. He got so nasty and condescending. He said " I know it's not broke but they can fix it". im still just dumbfounded at his complete rudeness and confrontational manner. I said "so your not even going to look at it "and I went back to the girl at the front. She asked if she could help and I said I was just dismissed and immediately he yelled from his counter, still playing on his phone, " I did not dismiss you, I told you what to do." At that point there was nothing that was going to help me there and I actually didn't feel safe with him , so I left. I still can't believe what transpired! read more

Was sent here from another store because they said they didn't service sprint. Had a bit of a wait which was frustrating but ultimately a pleasant experience with Zavi and Bryan who were both very knowledgeable and willing to help with anything that popped up. Took a little bit for transfers due to my old phone not working properly but got worked through. Thanks again you guys!!! read more

This location use to be a Sprint store, but now with the merger. This as well as other locations, are transitioning to T-Mobile. Today's visit I had to get the new sim cards, that were mailed to me activated. The sales representative was very helpful, and had no problems getting me all setup. He informed me of all the changes that was happening now, and in the future with the merger. It felt weird being in this huge store, hearing new plans and benefits. I have been a Sprint customer for over 15yrs, and now to be a T-Mobile customer. It's going to take a few weeks to get use to it. read more

Went in today to ask about upgrading my iPhone and want I would get for my old one in trade in. Terrible attitude, very unhelpful!! Insanely pushy to complete the sale! Tried forcing me into a 128gb phone and I was like "I want 256gb and they got mad at me". Do not recommend this place find a different T mobile! Or trade ur iPhone in at Apple and they give you way more money for it lol read more

Shopping for a new phone may be the new version of shopping for a car. At least for me. I've been with ATT for a long time. So I decided to shop around a little as my phone is dying a fast death right now. Perhaps a good time to find a cheaper plan etc. I googled T-Mobile and this location was in my path one day. It shares a building with a pizza place. Tons of easy parking. I went in and one of the employees helped me immediately. She was able to answer my questions quickly and easily. I havnt gotten a new phone yet, but they remain in the running. read more

I emphatically do not recommend this location. I went to this store for assistance. An sales agent helped with my issue and also added a protection plan without my knowledge. I was hit with a $30 additional fee the following bill cycle. This was a female agent, short and adding to this very dirty in her business approach. They only have 2 people working in the customer service area which makes the wait quite long. The supervisor Brian who comes out from the back has a very rude disposition and speaks at the customers instead of to them barking his personal views mixed in with T-Mobiles and walks away from the customer as they are responding. I wouldn't waist my time at this location again due to poor customer service. read more

I recently got a revvl 2 phone. Had it for a couple weeks. I am new to smartphones. I am enjoying the phone as of now. I went to this location and talked to a sales rep named Kevin. AWSOME guy!! VERY VERY friendly and very helpful. I was looking for a decent case for my phone. He took the time to find the best priced ones he had. He even put the case on for me. I love T-Mobile! This store let me down. Went to return a router that I got from T-Mobile.com. "Timothy" straight up said that I am lying and that I never bought this router from T-Mobile even after I showed him relevant emails. Left the store, called 611, and got a return label--all within 10 minutes after that. read more

I love this T-Mobile store, I have had the service for 7+ years and travel to this store a few times. I purchased my IPad from this location and the rep was very helpful and conversational. I recently visited this store and had the same rep. She was very honest when I had questions regarding possibly getting a new device and I didn't feel like she was trying to make a sell. I would definitely visit this store again and spend money. read more

The worst Tmobile customer service ever! Purchased a phone..took over an hour to try and configure phone...told them to cancel the order and they wouldn't. Phone not configured when we left the store..and hours later, still not! Done with Tmobile..they just care about a sale..not the customer at all.Now have to work with customer care over the phone to get the problem solved..a total waste of my time. read more
