I explained that we had a few questions and didn't have all day. He started to argue and get aggressive. I simpley asked much longer.. then he told me to leave. I stated I would wait there with boyfriend. He pushed the panic button behind the counter! I then went out side to wait. 3 cops showed up and Ian wanted to press a trespassing charge. Are you kidding me. What a waste of Altoona police department time. Ian definitely needs more customer service training and maybe a class on muti-tasking.

I need up having to go back to the store MULTIPLE TIMES and pay MORE money, but never got a working phone. They lied multiple times, I paid over 1400$ for a phone that doesn't work, and I was told since i'm no longer a tmobile customer there is nothing they can do for a phone that THEY SOLD ME. Jon helped me and he was very patient, kind and helpful. Once I got the new phone I discovered it was going to take four hours to update it and I have never done this before. Jon walked me thru all of the steps. I also told Jon I was receiving a lot of robo calls and he suggested I download the Verizon Call Filter app. I did just that and I haven't had any unwanted calls in four days! Got billed for 5 lines ( they added 3 more people from our old carrier plan) Their phones did not have Verizon SIM cards nor were ever used on Verizon, but had all activity on old carrier. another 3 hours to get them removed from Verizon plan. Now when I call to complain about a 2nd bill I get threatened with late payment fees and legal action if the 2nd bill is not paid. I'll never consider Verizon again.
