Jon helped me and he was very patient, kind and helpful. Once I got the new phone I discovered it was going to take four hours to update it and I have never done this before. On top of that he was so kind and patient explaining that I could bundle my TV subscriptions (Hulu, Apple Music, Netflix, Disney+, Max) through Verizon at a fraction of the cost of what I was paying for each individual subscription. So not only did I get an upgrade to my phone and a free iPad, but I am saving $60/mo by him helping me transition these subscriptions! He was one happy customer!
