Replaced our old deck with a beautiful new one, with a cover grafted into the house with Bead board and ceiling fan, beautiful railing finishing off. I have seen the contract no beginning date or ending date and he's received $40,000. to date only to be put at the back of the line. They were without a working kitchen for weeks and weeks last summer. I could understand delays if materials weren't available however they have bought their own materials. The last sub he sent was cutting Porcelain Tile with a Grinder. No water nothing. Looks like Predatory Business Practices to me because he was suppose to deal with his wife and she is definitely a no nonsense kind of woman and after she complained about the fact that she gave him a $10,000. deposit because they needed it done and done in a reasonable amount of time. This guy goes to see the husband and told him that he needed more money for the generator the husband wanted. Still no sight of it and that was 5 months ago. FOTI does not automatically debit due taxes even though it was desired. Apparently, there is a checkbox somewhere that we missed. We specifically requested they debit due taxes in the future and they still failed to do so. This oversight cost us over $2K in fees (and they were only two weeks late). We also had a very time-sensitive question for the accountant but we were told he was on vacation and to leave a message or email. We left both several times and he never responded. The office again told us to leave a message which we again did. We finally called back and had to insist on speaking to someone else before they would transfer us. We have owed taxes each year we have used this firm and while that is not their issue, we haven't been provided much in the way of explanation nor any advice that has helped us better prepare.

You call the 1-800 number and can barely understand a word they are saying except the dollar amount. So then you call the actual store you got your "free, no contract" phone and the young girl was very much over talking me, which I thought was very rude, and then she made perfect sense of her rudeness interrupting by saying come into the store, I have people sitting at my desk. I go to store today and I'm told my phone must be carrier locked, and its suggested i buy a new at&t phone. Give me a break. So, Im switching to Metro later today as I've never had a problem with cellular OR 5g connectivity on T-mobile towers. These are my only experiences with at&t and this store. Customer service sends me to the store who tells me its my fault. I have a degree in Network Administration, I am not an expert at all, however i have been developing android software for many years. Ive used every major carrier and have never been brushed off so bad and left with the same questions I came to answer. From the first time we were introduced and our flooring was mapped out and samples were shown to…read moreus, it was all very professional, upfront, they didn't try to hide anything from us and gave us a very fair quote and told us to check around he said he probably wouldnt be the cheapest because he don't use the cheapest products or installers. We had 3 bedrooms, full living room, hallway and all closets changed over from carpet to luxury vinyl flooring. The flooring we chose was called Cali flooring and had the rustic barn look to it with knot holes and scrapes and a very rustic look. It had alot of color variation in it that matched up perfect with our baseboards and wall coloring. They delivered the flooring about a week before install to help it acclimate to the temperature of our house. All we had to do was empty the furniture we had in each room. They moved all the furniture out in a very delicate and organized way as to not damage the furniture or walls. The installation crew was beyond nice and helpful and hard hard workers but also put their passion into it and for creating a beautiful product for us. I tell you this job was done in one day......ONEDAY. Ripped up carpets, moved furniture made sure what was under carpet was level and sturdy then they started installing flooring quick and fast workers but quality was 5 star all day no huge mess to clean up closets were done and trimming was stained to match and put down. I say they started around 7am and finished up about 5:30 and all trash was removed the whole job was complete and the crew were nothing but nice and courteous thruout the whole process. The owner came to sign off and do a walk thru and ask us how we liked it.....WE LOVE IT. The prices weren't much different from other flooring places but the professionalism was off the charts. I'm glad we chose to work with Floor Coverings International out of Shawsville VA and would recommend them anyday for your flooring needs. Also the owner gave us his personal cell and home phone for any problems we had. Well about a week later the transition into the kitchen when we stepped on it it would squeek real loud. I called him and in no time had a crew member stop by and fix the issue. That's also what sold us on them was the willingness to stand behind their install and product. If we ever have any more flooring needs we know where we are going. Payment was easy we payed half up front and financed the rest for 12 months no interest and will pay it off before the year is up. But his receptionist took time and walked us through the process and everything went so smooth. Thank you guys for all your hard work much appreciated and we absolutely love our new floors, it changed the look and feel of our house so much and remember this wasn't a 2 or 3 day install it took only one day so we didn't have to worry about stuff outside or rain or anything. 5 stars all day I'd give more if I could.
