The T-Mobile BOGO deal is a scam. I was denied the rebate because the store clerk at the Anderson T-Mobile did the transaction incorrectly. I called customer service about this issue and the store manager lied and said that they didn't do the transaction incorrectly. I was refunded for half the value of the "free" iPhone that I was supposed to get but I am out $350 because the clerk ran the transaction incorrectly. As soon as a good deal comes up, I am moving carriers. read more

I have not had service for 5 days on my phone and she rejected me flat without calling the customer service. I had to beg her for the store's phone to call the customer service. She told me that I have 5 minutes! I was happy to get help from the customer service and I smiled at her. She said that I was rude and she disconnected my call ! She kept talking Spanish and making gestures to her employee that she has humiliated me! She said you must buy a new phone! I am changing my career. Dont shop from Metro Pcs. Last year I had the same problem! We pay them monthly on autopay timely and they rip us off! No to Metro Pcs for poor service and horrible staff!! So I needed some film developed and I looked on Yelp and found this company near where my…read moregrandchild lives. So I went and I dropped off 32 rolls of film that needed developed. Yes I said 32! I actually had 33 rolls but there was one that they could not develop, an old disc from a disc camera. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and he told me my options for getting them developed and also what the cost would be. The shop is a very nice shop and has many examples of their work inside. They also have a shop dog and he is very friendly he will also let you know he has treats down on the end of the counter :) When I went to pick up my photos they were very nicely packaged in their envelopes and all of the envelopes were in boxes. I also dropped off 140 slides to have them printed. When I picked up the slides they were also nicely packaged and I had a disc of them and a couple of boxes that contained all of the prints. I am very happy with the service provided and will look to them in the near future to build an album of some old pictures.
