They switched the work orders with another Xbox then label my xbox unrepairable then recyled it. Then their insurance cut me short for reimbursement to where I have to pay a few hundred for a new xbox out of my pocket. I never recommend getting anything fixed here or even dealing with them in anyway. Out of all our interactions I was called ONCE about my repair. I called them over 20 TIMES. Really solidifies the reality that AT&T is the worst cell carrier with the worst customer service. If you buy a phone from AT&T, be prepared for mobile data to only work about half the time. You will get far less speed than you pay for. I get a whopping 2mbps when I pay for 12-474 (depending on the network, eg. LTE, 5G, 5G+). When you call customer service, be ready for a hours long ordeal, being transferred umpteen times, never getting a straight answer, and basically giving yourself a stroke from the stress. The folks in this store are great while you are buying a phone, but as soon as you realize AT&T sucks, they can't do a damn thing. Pitiful, really.

I was not disclosed that my payment was 120.00 a month for a phone or that it was 1648.00. For a 710.00 phone. Brandon made a comment that this company "has me by the balls now." and "I signed my life away" I mentioned that this phone was $200 off on the internet with a port in special and he made a comment on how he got commission if I bought it here and I would get the phone faster. Brandon did not have the customers best interest in mind and only his own pocketbook. Even if the lease is third party. Brandon could have warned me of the terms and how it worked as he was telling me to initial the contract. Brandon was sarcastic and condescending and I feel as if maybe Cricket is a dishonest company who does business with borderline illegal loan companies. Within 20 minutes of walking in the store, I had my new phone and had it set up, including downloading all of my apps and data from my destroyed phone's iCloud backup. Like so many people, both my personal and professional life is dependent on communication and data through my phone. It is never pleasant having to replace a phone that has been destroyed.
