The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. The long and short is it crashed halfway through an OS update and hasn't worked since. Julian contacted me after a Yelp query - I figured I'd retry and was ready to ship this thing somewhere for repair (again, I tried everything before with no luck). After I explained what was happening, he said, "We'll get you up and running, Tony, don't worry". He heard me out and sent me step-by-step triage and recovery instructions, which worked perfectly. He called about an hour later to check on me, and I was beyond happy he resolved the issue; I didn't have to leave my crib, and it was done within an hour (after letting it sit for years). It's been awhile since I've been is this store. But it was time for another phone upgrade. The…read morestore looks the same nothing has changed except for now they actually have a couple more benches to sit on. That's a plus. We waited about 30-40 mins which is not bad considering there were a few folks in front of us. We were assisted by Gino and, Sebastian (who was training) did very well. They were both so patient and friendly. Last but not least they were knowledgeable. They also kept us entertained. Excellent customer service. So we did get upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro's and we got the free Apple Watches with subscription of course. Can't beet that. I can't say we got out of there quickly. The longest thing that took us was the data transfer. I have to say they have an easier way of doing the transfer however not any faster. But maybe it depends on how much data you have on the phone. That's why it takes long. Anyway, I'm glad we came in when we did and the two gentleman had the best attitudes by far in any T-Mobile I've been to. Thanks guys!
