We waited about 30-40 mins which is not bad considering there were a few folks in front of us. We were assisted by Gino and, Sebastian (who was training) did very well. They were both so patient and friendly. Last but not least they were knowledgeable. They also kept us entertained. Excellent customer service. So we did get upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro's and we got the free Apple Watches with subscription of course. Can't beet that. I can't say we got out of there quickly. The longest thing that took us was the data transfer. I have to say they have an easier way of doing the transfer however not any faster. But maybe it depends on how much data you have on the phone. That's why it takes long. Anyway, I'm glad we came in when we did and the two gentleman had the best attitudes by far in any T-Mobile I've been to. Thanks guys! Customer Service and products purchased gets five starts!!!! The store overall receives a four star because the wait was long and there were not enough seats for the customers waiting in line.

Unfortunately, I've had to keep going back to the store for support, and that's been frustrating. The wait times are really bad--I've waited close to an hour--and there's very limited seating. On top of that, the support staff haven't been very friendly or accommodating. It seems like they simply don't have enough people to handle the volume of customers. If I didn't need to follow up with a specific person, I honestly wouldn't come back in at all. They really need to improve how they check in real time customers and any ongoing support customers after they've onboarded new customers.

When the film eventually cracked, I went to this Verizon location expecting that replacement process to be straightforward. Instead, I was told that I first needed to contact the protection film company, file a claim, and bring in documentation before Verizon could replace it. I explained that it had been about a year since the film was installed and that I did not remember the name of the protection film company. I asked if the salesperson could look up the information using my account history. He told me he could not do that. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. I previously purchased similar protection plans through Best Buy, and their staff could simply look up my phone number, verify the product I purchased, and complete the replacement on the spot. After waiting in line for nearly an hour, I was ultimately told that Verizon could not help me. The salesperson's response was simply that he "just works here." As a customer who paid extra for what was presented as a convenient replacement service, I expected much better support and a smoother process.

Estefania was very helpful and did everything she could to change my plan to Metro but couldn't complete it because my phone had to be unlocked by T Mobile. I went directly to T Mobile and was taken care of there quickly and professionally and then went back to Metro. Estefania was not able to complete the transaction until the phone was unlocked by T Mobile so I left and went back the next working day and Estefania completed the transfer and I got a great rate from a special Metro was running that I qualified for. I was in and out in ten minutes with the same phone and a much better monthly rate. The whole experience was great and I'm a very happy customer!!

We went to ATandT and Best Buy and then finally here. I was getting estimates on how much to repair…read moremy cell phone. Apparently, it was just the screen although Best Buy did leave it open once they diagnose it, it may cost more than the 200. original estimate. AT and T where I bought the iPhone didn't even have techs to fix it. Best Buy was booked for the next two days and had to wait for the Apple tech and not the Geek Squad. So I remembered a place I went to last time in Brentwood's little shopping mall. This place fixed it in 20 minutes! Did it for almost 1/3 of the other estimate. I fixed two phones and looked brand new. They were so great that I bought the covers too to give a small business some business during Covid times where most businesses are struggling I am sure. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars from buying a new iPhone which I was dreading or at least 600.( total estimate from Best Buy for 2 cells)! So I am happy, I paid 1/3 of the Best Buy estimate. It made me a bit nervous going to a small place as opposed to a big box store, but they did a great job! Plus I could observe them fixing it whereas the big box store takes it away to fix and you don't know if info can be compromised! So I liked this much better! Very nice place and friendly staff! Afterwards, I went to check other reviews and was surprised. They did say it was different ownership than before because I mentioned I went there before and they were different people from what I remember. So maybe go by the newer reviews. But also always go by your own gut feeling when you go to a store- I took the chance compared to the other places I went to( mainly because of the price and convenience and that he fixed it in front of me), andI am happy with the outcome!
