It's been awhile since I've been is this store. But it was time for another phone upgrade. The store looks the same nothing has changed except for now they actually have a couple more benches to sit on. That's a plus. We waited about 30-40 mins which is not bad considering there were a few folks in front of us. We were assisted by Gino and, Sebastian (who was training) did very well. They were both so patient and friendly. Last but not least they were knowledgeable. They also kept us entertained. Excellent customer service. So we did get upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro's and we got the free Apple Watches with subscription of course. Can't beet that. I can't say we got out of there quickly. The longest thing that took us was the data transfer. I have to say they have an easier way of doing the transfer however not any faster. But maybe it depends on how much data you have on the phone. That's why it takes long. Anyway, I'm glad we came in when we did and the two gentleman had the best attitudes by far in any T-Mobile I've been to. Thanks guys! Customer Service and products purchased gets five starts!!!! Update on my switch to T-Mobile: I finally got my phone ported and I'm still getting used to their service. Unfortunately, I've had to keep going back to the store for support, and that's been frustrating. The wait times are really bad--I've waited close to an hour--and there's very limited seating. On top of that, the support staff haven't been very friendly or accommodating. It seems like they simply don't have enough people to handle the volume of customers. If I didn't need to follow up with a specific person, I honestly wouldn't come back in at all. They really need to improve how they check in real time customers and any ongoing support customers after they've onboarded new customers. read more

This Antioch T-Mobile location really needs to take a hard look at its staffing model. Every time I have been here, the line is long and the wait feels excessive, usually around 30 minutes. At that point, it no longer feels like a one-off busy day. It feels like an operational issue. If customer traffic is consistently this high, then the store is clearly understaffed. What makes this especially frustrating is that it feels preventable. The main issue is simple: this location does not seem to respect customers' time. And in retail, that matters. read more

Don't shop here ever! My husband paid $87.79 for a Xbox remote controller. He didn't get the protection contract because we thought it would last 2, 3,4 months .Well 40 days later it doesn't work and they will not exchange it. They want to trade it in for under $12! This is not all right to do to the public. I do not recommend you go here. Their customer service is awful. I would never purchase this item here if they had told us ahead of time we would've not purchased this item there. Do not shop here they will take you for a ride. Been waiting for an hour, there's no professionalism or courtesy to ask customers what they need. I'm not sure if they're hiring sociopaths or criminals here, but I went to handle something concerning a prepaid account. The first guy walked up to me and got very close to my face. Like a hostile bouncer at a nightclub. I watched him do this with each person who walked through the door. Also, instead of just telling me right away that they don't handle prepaid accounts in store, he not only made we wait, but skipped over me in line. Finally, another guy came out to pretend like he was going up help me, but came out only to lie to get me to join a $55 contract plan. Instead of being honest and not wasting my time, he also falsely acted like they handle prepaid accounts there. He boldfaced looked at me and lied and told me their cheapest prepaid plan is $40, which would only save me $5 from a contract plan. Then he said he couldn't help me that I'd have to contract the call center to inquire about prepaid accounts. I was there for almost an hour for nothing. Oh but it gets worse.... There was something disturbing going on in their store involving a minor. When I made them aware of it at the end of my fake appointment, the sociopath guy looked right through me like he wasn't even human. I'm being serious here. He had no soul in his eyes. It was very eerie. He didn't care at all to address it in their store, and let's just say the disrespect and stonewalling was crazy. These 2 guys were lazy, shady, mean and doing dirty business. Just so you know- prepaid accounts start at $15, then $25, then $35, the lowest anywhere. Save yourself the abuse and waste of time by dealing with everything on the phone. Before heading out to Best Buy to get your new phone on, I implore you to check out T-Mobile for better deals if you are with this carrier. Awful, rude, unprofessional staff all around. Hisband and daughter went to buy new phone after hers was broken, the female staff member workong the night shift on 11/3 couldn't be bothered. Refused to assist, told them they needed to have me make the purchase through my app on my phone ( while I was not there) because I was the primary person on the account. Husband is also an authorized user and has purchased every other phobe for pasr 21 yrs. Staff member stood around screwing around on her own phobe and Ipad, then once d3vice was ourchased, refused to set up or do the Smart Switch, said " We don't do that, go home and power it on". Once home we discovered she was so preoccupied with her damn phone she disconnected the wrong phone and wiped out the SIM card on my phone ( which wasnt in the store) instead. Took 3 hrs on the phone w 611 to get this fixed. Currently tryi g to call this store to tell manager how awful this employee was, not to mention her racist undertone comment to abother customer, but they refuse to let me speak to a manager or give me a managers name. Called bsck and was able to find out a manager currently working by the name of Leo or Omar is tgere, but theyve put me on hold bc " he's busy". Came in to upgrade a phone. Herb Gough was the manager on duty and told us we couldn't use the promotion because it was expired even though customer service told us we can still use the promotion. He refused to call customer service to confirm this information. He was very rude and started pounding on the counter and raising his voice saying he's not going to call customer service because he knows the promotion won't go through.
