Well, here I am 2:45 on a Sunday trying to watch the Broncos game, but my T-Mobile Internet sucks…read moreso bad because their network is so overloaded, I can't get my TV or my phone or any of my computers to work at all . I would avoid this company's overloaded network at all costs.

TLDR: they stole my phone and are making me pay for it. If I could give a negative star review, I…read morewould. I have been dealing with the people at this store for over a month with no word on how my issue is going to be resolved. Several months ago, my boyfriend and I started a new phone plan together for the "iPhone On Us" promotion they were running. In order to get the deal, you have to turn in an iPhone 5 or newer. I had a paid off iPhone X that I used for the deal. Upon starting up our new plan with new phone numbers, the deal was that I would not have to pay monthly for the new iPhone 11 because I traded my phone in; this was made clear to me MANY times by the sales girl that was helping us. I even asked her at one point what the catch was, she assured me there was no catch. She took both out our old phones and helped both of us back them op to our new iPhones, we paid all the fees and junk that we needed to for our new phones (startup fees) and such, and went on our way. A month later when I set up my automatic payments, I noticed I was being charged for my new iPhone ($30~/mo). I called customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience, waved the fee and assured me that it was corrected for all future payments as well. A month goes by and the same charge is still showing up on my account. I head into the original store to talk with the store manager. After about 45minutes of explaining to him the circumstances and him looking all the transactions up, he let me know there was never any record of me turning in a phone that day. The lady that originally set up our phones was also working while I was there, she was with another customer at the time. While talking with the manager about how my phone just disappeared and this shouldn't be possible with the amount of cameras in the place and also how I am certainly not going to be the one to pay upwards of $700 by the end of the payment, the lady who originally set my stuff up had the audacity to interject to tell me "I did not steal your phone if that's what your thinking!" At this point, I did in fact think she stole my phone after stating that, it hadn't crossed my mind before hand. Anyway, a couple weeks after being told I would revive a phone call promptly, still no word. I am still paying for the phone that was stolen and or lost because someone failed to do their job correctly. I have been a happy Sprint and T-Mobile customer for over 5 years and have never had something happen as terrible as this. If this is not resolved and paid for by the company, I will be forced to take some legal action.
