I visited this AT&T store and was helped by Tanner this week. I was there in order to transfer my eSIM from my old unusable phone to a new phone that was delivered te previous night by Asurion. I should have been able to do this on my own very easily, but because the screen on my old phone was unusable, I had to go into the store. Tanner was incredibly helpful, and we ended up having to call AT&T to get security clearance to transfer the eSIM. That process was extensive, but with good reason so that accounts don't get hijacked. All in all it took about 45 minutes, and Tanner was very helpful and friendly. He did mention that I had an unnecessary add-on of a single line protection plan, while also have a multi-line protection plan, so he removed that redundant coverage. After my visit, I did receive an email from AT&T letting me know about a home protection add-on that had been added to our account (this wasn't discussed with me and was a surprise.) I'm not sure if this happened while in the store or an accidental thing from AT&T, but I was able to remove it through the app. Just seemed odd that we removed one thing, and then another, more expensive unnecessary thing popped up. All in all, great experience, just make sure to check your bills for unneeded add-ons after a visit to any AT&T store. read more

My husband and I ordered apple watches directly to this store last week. We've been trying to pick up the watches multiple times but cannot even get into the store. We have tried calling several times and keep getting redirected out of the store to an on call person, who's told us "no one's clocked into this store" even though business hours indicate it's open. So we decided to drive to the store ourselves and there was a young man blasting music outside the store and wouldn't let us into the store, and that he was on lunch for another 45 minutes. We asked if we could please just pick up our watches and tried to explain we've been trying to get our watches and he said no. If the manager could please contact us from this store that would be great... we just want our watches. Update 6/21: Still cannot pick up our watches. Attempted to call the store and an employee answered and after we asked where our watches were, he replied "no packages have arrived." When we asked if we could check the tracking number to see where they were the employee responded again "no packages have arrived." We asked if a tracking number was available to we could try to find the watches ourselves and the employee responded "there was no tracking number" .... We then asked for the manager and he responded that the manager would be in tomorrow. If the manager of this store could please reach out to us that would be great. read more

went in to get my some help with my phone and got the absolute best customer service from the lovely Ray and Jaide, they both went above and beyond to get me the help I needed and made sure I was happy and taken care of before I left. They even let me use their store phone to set up an apt. with Apple to get me a better deal than att could offer. 10/10 I would recommend and will continue to take my business to this location, the customer service is unmatched. read more

The staff was helpful selling us phones and a plan but our phones are nearly unusable for calls or data in our nearby neighborhood. Do not use AT&T in Denver!!! When we asked the store about it they said to use WiFi calling and data. Why would I pay for a phone plan if It is only usable in urban Denver areas if I'm on WiFi? I have good signal but AT&T does not seem to have enough bandwidth in many Denver areas for calls and data. This theory is supported by much better call and data performance very late at night and before 6am. It does not seem to matter if I'm inside or outside I have friends with t-mobile and Verizon and they have great call and data performance in Denver. Now I'm stuck with a phone and monthly plan cost for 2.5 years that only works as a phone if I'm on WiFi. read more

duane is michelin star service. i'm a shook up customer who is just trying to break from a family lease and pay for my own line. apparently it's been a lot harder for other at&t reps, but duane is going out of his way to figure out how to get my own line, and has put in far more effort than everyone else i've spoken with today. though i'm not at the store anymore- he's still currently trying to figure this problem out for me. duane is the best thing to happen to at&t since cingular. thank you again. read more
