It's been a month since the accident, and he is pain free and seems to be on the path to full recovery. The tanks glass is covered with stickers so you cannot see into the tanks. The tanks glass only gets cleaned once every two or three months and it's nearly impossible to see through. Contacting the corporate office accomplishes nothing because they only apologize, but do not address the complaint or take any corrective actions! Pet Smart is not serious about earning your business or this would not be allowed to continue. The Brighton, MI store manager has been allowed to completely trash the brand value of Pet Smart and the corporate office could not care less! This has been happening for about a year now, so if the corporate office cared this would have been addressed long ago!
