The installation was less than a year old and clearly flawed. While they acknowledged the poor workmanship, they refused to honor the franchise warranty. I tried contacting the franchise directly but never received a response. To make matters worse, their quote to fix the issue was nearly double the original cost. Thankfully, after seeking other options, I found Saturn Electric in Rochester. The inspector approved the installation immediately after they made the change. I do not recommend Mr. Electric of Macomb, but I strongly endorse Saturn Electric for anyone.

I kept asking Jeremy the Proj Mgr to come and see what was going on. He NEVER came not once. Look up my old reviews to know my complaints have been ongoing. I have pictures, text and email communications (including those I sent that never received a response). Finally two 'bathroom techs' came to look at my complaints (different from the install techs) and found ALL my complaints were justified and they saw first hand all the issues I was continually complaining about. Jeremy would have seen that I was justified complaining if he would have honored even one of my requests and see the crap that was going on. My phone died and I was not sure how to get back to my friends house, the Taco Spot (also great) told me to go next door and get a charge. I told the Phone Plug guys the situation, they hooked my phone up to a lightning cable to give me a quick charge while we talked. Because I had tacos in the car and had to go when my phone turned on, he sent me with a phone charger on the house because he was "afraid my phone would turn off again and I would get lost". Sadeq is a great guy who runs a very professional business. I saw several people come and go and each left with their different tech issues solved promptly. This level of care, concern, and consideration was so personable and an excellent representation of the city during my travels. Just flat out good guys doing good work. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

They offered to take a substantial amount of money off the price and to drop off the piece they broke because they forgot it. A week later and I still don't have the damn piece. These folks have the nerve to say they are too busy to drop the piece off and want ME to come get it. Don't ever use these guys Michigan Sandblasting, Inc.

My experience started out positive. They cleaned up a second piece without charge after I had…read moreasked what the cost would be and what it would look like. The piece that was actually getting sandblasted and powder coated was another story. Quoted $80 for the piece + $20 rush charge. I don't know how much this stuff usually costs, but it seemed ok. (Now that I read the review from Kevin G, and see what he got done for $120, I'd say my small piece was over priced.) They called the next day to say it was done, when the rush meant it wouldn't be done for another 2 days. (Was the extra $20 rush charge actually necessary if it could be done so soon?) I went to pick up the item later that day and it was beyond TERRIBLE. Like a child had done it, but worse. I can't really explain other than to say it looked like it was dipped in very thick powder coating then laid on its side to dry. There were thick drips and clumps all over. Some of it was already chipping and flaking off. (I didn't think powder coating should be able to do that.) I know, I should have taken pictures. I told them it was awful and needed to be redone, thanked them for wasting my time, and I left. In less than 1 hour, I get another call from them saying it was completed and ready for pick up. Ok, let me ask again, if the total job took less than 1 hour, was the extra $20 rush charge actually necessary? On the voicemail left, they still quoted the same price of $100. Seriously, you think I'm going to pay the $100 after the crappy job, wasting my time and gas, and an unnecessary $20 rush charge? Anyway, when I went to pick it up the second time, it was much better, still not as good as I would have expected, but much better. I don't know who took my payment, as no one through this whole ordeal bothered to give their name, but I told him what I was willing to pay for the piece due to the issues mentioned above. He agreed and took my payment.

After we placed the order someone said hey, let's add nicknames to the back! I reached out to Lisa - and no problem, for a minimal fee, she was able to add a custom nickname to the back of each shirt for us. Fast forward to this winter and our friends plan another trip and decide group shirts would be fun again. I reached out to Lisa and she responded immediately and is able to accommodate. I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your printing needs. I have ordered over 60 shirts from them in different designs and materials and they have all been excellent quality at an affordable price.
