Stay away from this store, there sales people try to sell you stuff and change your plan to cost you more money! Not a friendly environment

I want to start by saying how much I actually love T-Mobile and actually how much I love this store; the problem I have is with only one individual, but since T-Mobile employed them, they now get the bad review. If someone comes up to you with the name Brandon, don't waste your time and head out the door, from the get go instead of The usually friendly manner I get from people at T-Mobile and from their call in service, I got an attitude of "if your not going to give me a sale I'm not going to work" I'm not even upset by what the outcome was to my problem but the way it was put forth and the way he was the whole time made me regret buying a phone from him and allowing him to get commission. I am so frustrated. I hope he gets better training or gets out of this business. read more

The people who work here are weird and they dint know what no means. they keep pushing you to buy more.

They used be good but the new staff they hired has poor customer service one person in particular but I didn't get his name. We kept asking for help and got ignored & he wasn't doing nothing we asked were a certain phone was and he pointed to it. Then we ask him to unlock it, well he unlocked the phone so we can see it and walked away. We were trying to buy a phone but he wasn't trying to sell it. So we left. read more

Daniel has been such a great help! We were looking to get my mother a new phone, he made her feel completely comfortable!! She was extremely hesitant on a new phone in fear of memories being lost.. I am so impressed with the customer service that we received. She ended up getting an upgrade from the s6 to the Samsung Galaxy s10e. read more

Tried to get help from a customer service rep at this store named Mary, and she was completely rude. She wouldn't listen to my issue and keep referring me to call customer service instead. She had an attitude as though helping me was beneath her, and as though my issue was a huge imposition to her. All I wanted to know was if my phone had arrived to the store yet or not. How locations with employees like this stay open for so long is a mystery to me. If you shop at this store, be wary of Mary. read more

I absolutely love this location. Employees are super helpful and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Last night I came in to activate my iPhone 8 and had Kian help me out. His customer service and experience was outstanding. He had all the information I needed and helped me set my phone up great. Puts screen protectors on like a pro. Highly recommend his ability to anyone needing a screen protector put on. read more

I am not sure what's going on from the previous bad reviews from their experiences, but mine has been quite the opposite. I have been going to this location for several years and have had no issue. Of course during lunch hours and after 5:00PM on a business day it is going to be busy since that is the free time of the customer. Sure there were times I want to tell other customers to shut up so I can talk to the employee; they tend to babble on about non-phone related things. The people past and present in this location have resolved what few issues I have had, and when necessary issues appropriate refunds and discounts for the trouble. The employees are not stupid but in fact helpful; the dude with the tattoos and blonde hair has helped me many times. So summing up, not to discount other reviews about this specific location, but I will continue recommending this location and continue going there in person as well. read more

Was just here today to inquire about options for getting a new phone. Spoke to Sandra, who was rude and unhelpful. We've been T-Mobile customers for over 15 years but are now seriously thinking of switching to Verizon. T-Mobile has got to have the worst customer service around. read more

This store doesn't even deserve one star. Customer service there was the worse experience in my life. The guy there was trying to help me. He was great but the associate manager, Angela, made my visit horrible! She tried to force a damaged phone on to me, and was rushing me because they were close to closing. She refused to help me. Didn't even let the guy try to help me. She was even extremely rude to the representative trying to help me at customer service. The phone looked old, scratched, horrible condition. My phone is in GREAT condition for me to accept that phone. I've been with the company for two years and have never experienced horrible customer service like I have today. I'll rather drive an hour to a different T-mobile store than to ever go there again. Angela, needs to have respect towards her customers. read more

This location of T Mobile does not even deserve for one star. I visited the store twice in last two months and both times, I had experienced the worse customer service. I am T-Mobile customer for last 11 years and I never felt so badly treated any time before. On the first visit, my wife and I went there as her IPhone 5s was not showing any signals. There were no other customers in the store (you figure out why!!) but we were not greeted or approached quickly. Once we asked for help, a guy named with manager nametag came and rudely asked what we needed. And, he looked at the phone and told us "oh your phone is too old to support our server now, you need to buy newer phone". We didn't like his answer and tried to explain why others' phones are working not ours. He simply ignored us and continued asking us to buy new phone. Then, we went to different location (Buckley and Quincy), they replaced the SIM card without any charge and phone received the full strength. They knew the SIM was too old. On the second visit (August 15, 2017 around 5:30PM), I went to get a SIM card as I lost my phone and wanted to use a temporary phone that I purchased from Walmart. Similar experience; the manager was standing outside and no one was in the store. After about a min, someone from inside came with mouth full of food. She was eating something. After I requested for Sim Card for the phone I was carrying, she said. 'Yeah sure, it will work on this phone'. I double checked with her if I can use new Sim on that phone and manager also entered the store and leaned on the counter and listened/observed our conversation with no reaction. She activated the sim and asked me to pay $27.50. I was shocked and questioned why I am being charged since I am their customer and just needed a replacement of SIM. But, they said that's the new rule. I didn't have time to go other location and I paid it. After the transaction was completed, She said 'oh... this SIM does not work on this phone'. I was not happy and I said okay, and then please cancel this transaction. I don't need new SIM. I will go to different location. And manager said "no we can't cancel/refund you. It is already sold. He was speaking meanly and disrespectfully. "You need to buy different phone to make this SIM work". I left the store as I couldn't handle anymore. I ended up paying $27.50 for nothing and had to go to different store next day again to get the new SIM. I will never visit this place. read more

As stated in the previous review, Negative Stars to the Assistant Manager, who would not accept the check from me because I was not on the check. even though my wife was. ARROGANCE! Said she had been the AM for 5 years. LIAR! The store has had so much change over, since opening, have been with them when they started out as Voicestream, Next contract cycle s the last one.
