I am not one to leave negative Yelp reviews, but your management needs to know about this. I got terrible service when I was locked out of my phone. First of all, I sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even did the basic courtesy of acknowledging my presence. No one even said hello. Then, after talking with me for about a minute, they told me they couldn't help me if I was locked out of my phone. I took my phone to another VZ Wireless store - on Mississippi in Aurora - got excellent service and got my phone unlocked. I don't know who manages the Tower Road store, but the service was atrocious and inexcusable. read more

She immediately acknowledged my presents upon my entrance, acknowledged that she understood my reasoning for coming in and handled my situation in a timely manner. I walked into Verizon store on Tower Road and Chase greeted me. He was friendly and professional. He took all the time I needed to have a perfect transaction and experience. I was in need of a new phone and new service. He assisted in helping me achieve all of the items I needed. He helped set up my phone, transfer all of my info, and select a case and face guard. Cellular sales have been taking care of my cellular needs for several years now and I've never been disappointed in their service.

I'm very disappointed Verizon allows these non corporate stores to use their name. You can't access your account t from these stores or do anything you can do at a corporate store. I basically just wasted my time here because I didn't know my 4 digit pin. They are unable to look you up by your phone number. read more

I went in to Verizon today hoping to switch phone companies. I was greeted by CJ who did an amazing job at explaining all of my options, as well as providing me with great help. He was very patient, guided me through the entire process and helped me set up a new phone. I went to this store last month and I was desperate to get a good connection in the area for online conferences which boost was not able to fix for me. I was in the store for almost 2 1/2 hours waiting for this guy to complete my switch over. He seemed to know what he was saying but didn't really know what he was doing. I left and came back and he was still in circles trying to find his way around the store to get me what I needed. Too funny he couldn't fix anything so he handed me an old iPhone 6 for me to use for the meantime when I had to go out and get my phone dealt with at another service provider. While sitting there for a long period of time, I witnessed the comments they made about customers they assisted. This guy I was assisted by spoke words like a girl who talks about anything and everyone. They made fun of their customers and at that moment it didn't hit me that I was in shit ton of trouble. I was lied to about my first payment which I was told would only be 100 some dollars which came out to 200some. First of all. I couldn't even get the service I needed. So I'm giving these guys a zero and give a fair warning to all my GVR friends and family about this store. Shame on you guys read more

I went in this store Sept 1st they were offering Bogo I phones plus $200 to switch. My current service was ok plus all 4 of our phones were pd for. They were offering a good deal. Me and my wife decided to switch that was the beginning of our nightmare. We switched four lines mine my wife's and 2 daughters. We turned in 2 iPhone 8s. We paid $720 for taxes plus $320 to apply to the new phones. We were suppose to get a $450 credit each for the iPhone's total $900 for the phones plus $800 for the switch. Right away I had service problems I went back they reset the phone. I still don't have as good of service as my other provider. I looked at our bill it was totally wrong they were over charging by $100 per month plus there were no credits applied nothing. Then after 3and 1/2 weeks were were told we owed $900. We called customer service they said the store we were dealing with was not corporate they didn't have records they threatend to shut us off. We went into the store they reassured us they would fix it. Low and behold the next day when I was on a call with my customers I was shut off. I had to drive 45 miles Back from my jobsite to talk to the cellular store I was livid. I had to pay another $368 they said my credits of 1800 hadn't kicked in yet. As of now after 6 weeks of having this service I still don't have any credits my bill is showing another $800 plus they added on reconnect fees$80. I wish I would have never walked into this crooked store. Now I find out they supposedly split the $900 on credits up into 24 months. I have been blatenly lied too,deceived. Everything is still a mess. This is bait and switch at it's finest. CONSUMERS BEWARE. Don't go through what we have steer clear of this place I am a unbelievably unhappy customer. God forbid I have to deal with these people for another 22and1/2 months. God help us. read more
