When I discovered the problem, multiple Victra employees couldn't even tell me where my phones were. I had to find that out myself by digging through old emails. None of the staff took ownership of the mistake, and you cannot even call this store directly -- the number on the door sends you to a call center that's just as useless. I contacted Verizon corporate, who told me nothing could be done until they finished their "investigation," which could take weeks. That left me without the devices I ordered and no resolution. I cancelled my Verizon account entirely and switched to T-Mobile -- the only way I got the account closed quickly. Victra's "WeCare" team (yes, they really email from wecare@victra.com) sent me nothing but generic canned responses that ignored my actual questions. Even after I spelled it out, they refused to give details on what happened, how they'd prevent it in the future, or offer any compensation for the waste of my time. This was not a minor inconvenience -- it was hours of lost time, multiple trips, and a total breakdown of customer service from both Victra and Verizon. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this store and avoid doing business with Victra entirely.

If I had tried to get the bonus for my trade in, I would have had the wrong plan. In addition he noted the screen was cracked and he comment that if I chose to replace the mother board and spend that amount of money on a repair I should consider a new screen. At that point I decided it would be better to upgrade with a new phone. I asked Sam for a recommendation for where I could purchase an iPhone outright. He asked what model I wanted and did I have a budget. A friend had a 16 Pro that I liked so I told Sam a 16 Pro. So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! I had to change delivery and had my package redirected to a UPS store because I wouldn't get home…read moreuntil a day after the delivery date. I paid 7.99 for this but it was worth it for peace of mind. Porch pirates are a concern although I haven't been victimized by one yet. So, by the time I got back in town there was a sorting error which caused a delay for the delivery to this UPS store. Rather than changing the delivery again and causing another delay I chose to let the package go to the UPS store. I depend on this product because it helps with my back pain. When the package finally made it to the store, it was 2:12 pm. I drove up there and arrived at 3:15pm on the same day. Ira was the employee who I spoke with. He said my package isn't at the store?? WTF? I thought he was joking. I left without my package. I then went home and spent an hour on the phone with UPS. After getting the run around and the dreaded cs loop they eventually sent me a satellite photo and scan log showing the proof my package was delivered 1 hour before my arrival. Ira is the employee who signed/received my package. The UPS claim says it was lost. How do you lose a package in 1 hour?? I guess they have to call it a loss instead of a theft. Maybe the cameras actually work and record and that footage would show what happened? Who knows?I will say theft because it had to be. There's no other explanation. I don't know for sure who stole it but Ira is responsible for my package because he received it. Ira was a nice enough guy but he seemed lacking in knowledge and experience. I then began reading reviews for this store. I was shocked at the owner's responses to the majority of the negative reviews his store and employees received from customers. He seems to reject any blame or accountability for anything. Honestly this was highly motivating for me to write this review. What are the chances everybody just lies about they're poor experiences? For what? It's cuz theyre P/O. So this is to the owner of this store franchise: Go ahead and say to anyone who reads this review that I lost/stole my own package. Blame the driver I look forward to your finger pointing denial reply to this feedback! After this experience I can confidently say that I will never go to this store for any reason or choose UPS for anything. This franchise gives UPS a bad name.
