This store is just terrible. We got there with 2 people being helped and one person waiting. No check-in process, even though I asked about it (because most stores use this process). After waiting 30 minutes, the only employee we have seen was still working with the same customer, the other customer was still sitting at the other desk, and another person came into the store to get service. Still no check-in process. After about 45 minutes, a young lady came out and saw the group waiting. She spoke with the second customer and then came over to the group of us waiting. She asked if we had been checked in, to which the gentleman who arrived before us said "no, that young man said you weren't checking people in." The young woman sighed and said she would be right back. She went to get a tablet and returned, checking the three of us in by asking what order we arrived in. She then put the tablet down and went to say something to the young man who was working the desk with the first customer. She asked if he needed help, which he refused, then she went back to her customer and had a short conversation before returning to the back (leaving the tablet we checked in on with Arlo, the other employee). After about an hour, another 2 people walked into the store to get service; they were once again not checked in but asked where they were in line and came over to sit with everyone else. A few minutes later, ANOTHER man walked in and just stood by the door. One of the people waiting let him know there were about 4 or 5 people in front of him, which he then acknowledged. About 5 minutes later, Arlo finished with his customer, looked at the man who JUST walked in, and asked "can I help you?" The man then stepped to the counter and started telling Arlo what he needed. Instead of checking him in and moving to the next person in line, Arlo started performing the man's transaction!!!!! At that point, I spoke up and said "really? You are going to help the guy who just walked in instead of those of us who have been waiting here for over an hour?" Arlo looked at me with a deadpan face, did not say a word, then went back to helping the man. Unbelievable! The man allowed this to happen as well, knowing ful well he was cutting in front of us all, but people suck and t-maobile can't help that. They CAN help it that their employee can't do his job though and asked the new arrival to step up instead of those who had been waiting. I stepped up and interrupted the transaction, asking to speak to a manager. He said the manager was gone for the day and the only other person was the girl in the back. I said great, get her out here. He did, and the girl apologized and said he is new. I said I don't care, we have waited for over an hour and it is not ok, he can check people in and work off the list like he is supposed to. She asked what we were doing and I said a warranty exchange, so she had us call customer service while we waited in case they could get to us faster. She helped the man in front of us, then finally gave the second customer (remember her sitting over at the other table all alone?) her phone so she could leave. At that point, Arlo finished with the line cutter and called us up. I hung up with customer service (who had still not answered) and we went to talk to Arlo. Arlo then said he could not do the exchange for us, even though the girl said they could. I then told him if he didn't know how to do his job that he needed to get help instead of just saying he couldn't so it after a 90 minute (yes, 90 minute) wait. The young lady came back over and showed Arlo how to do the exchange and went back to helping her customer. Arlo was still struggling, so I finally just said forget it, we will just leave and transfer our service. FYI- We have been with t-mobile for 30 years and we walked out. Side note, the person with me (it was his phone) requested we try a different store on a different day before I followed through with leaving after 30 years. We went to a store in another town and it was very organized, they had a check-in system that was followed, and the employee that helped us was very nice. I canceled my service with T-Mobile. Went into a store and paid my final bill. It was told my account was canceled and everything was taken care of. Then I received a bill in the mail went back into the store. There were two people in front of me, and then shortly after two people came in behind me. No employees greeted us or said that they would be with us shortly we were just ignored when I finally get up to the counter, I explained that I received a bill after I was told everything was paid for and taken care of and she tries to tell me that it's for service. I said I went in the store and paid my last bill and was told everything it was taken care of to which your response was well you'll have to call in. I explained to her that I can't call in because they can't verify who I am on the phone and was told that I had to go into the store. I then asked her to call somebody to what she refused to do. I said you need to call somebody so we can get this taken care of. She didn't tell me again. I'm not calling anybody you need to do that. She then told me I could just leave. I told her that I'm not leaving that she needs to call somebody and we need to get this taken care of. She didn't have the police called and they told me I had to leave. This is unacceptable Customer Service. This could've been handled 1000 different ways other than the way that she handled it. Calling the police on a customer that has not been threatening in any way or rude in anyway it's totally the wrong way to handle the situation. She could've gotten a manager she could've called T-Mobile. This employee puts a black eye on your company. read more

I've been a T-mobile customer for 18 years. I have multiple family lines, home internet services, and pay my bill on time. I would highly recommend T-mobile for phone and internet services, however, I would not recommend the Blue Springs location as their customer service is terrible. In addition to long wait times and terrible parking, many staff members lack basic customer service skills and ethics. Unfortunately, this has not occurred on one occasion but several times. Most recently, I was encouraged by their store manager to commit insurance fraud as their store did not want to get dinged with a warranty claim. I followed the correct steps shared by T-mobile's technical team for a warranty claim, and my new phone was shipped to this location. I received a notification the phone had arrived and drove to this location for pick up. Upon arrival, the manager stated they would not give me the phone as T-mobile had implemented a new policy and their store gets dinged $500 for warranty claims. I stated I had been without the phone for two days and really needed it. I was told they would not be giving me the phone and that I should've said there was damage and claimed it through insurance instead. Fortunately, I do have a conscious and don't lie for personal gain. Drive the extra miles and go to Independence or Lee's Summit. read more

Location is HORRIBLE. People seemed nice but had to leave because the wait time was insane . Had a dad there needing a working to activate like 4-5 phones for him and his kids , like dude it's 2022 you should know how to turn on and activate a phone. good lord, where do I start? I arrived at 10:15 to upgrade my iPhone 14. waited 1hr and 7 minutes. Guy brought out my new 15 pro max and a case....and a protector ........and a cigarette outlet charger. I told him I didn't need any of it as I was going to use my own case. he told me "it won't fit" so I explained that the phones are identical in dimensions. he tried to ring them up 4 different times. Everyone knows Tmobile crashed sometime on 2-14-23 The local store would not fix anyone's phone. Even though it's a 3 second fix. As soon as plugging in the booster meter the phones instantly come up. This store currently has no manager. The employe's decided it was time to sell phones. When I told the lady who didn't help " I have been a T Mobile customer since it was Ariel and I know you can boost it and I know it's t-mobiles fault " she said " you can godown the street and get it fixed" so I went down the street and to u break I fix.And of course he plugged in the edmieterandit came immediately up. Switching to Verzion. Everyone needs to know the FCC is who will come down on the Phone companies They absolutely will get u new phone, refunded and out of contracts. I really have to say, this store has the best T-Mobile employees, and customer service. I have been getting my phones from Nate at this location for years. I trust him enough to send my family to him. Here is a experience I want to share. My sister has had the same phone for ten years, and phone was starting to not be dependable. She was also on a prepaid plan. I wanted to add her to my plan, but I wasn't going to be able to be with her. She needed a new phone as well. Now she is not tech savvy, so I called Nate, and told him the situation. He told me not to worry, and that he would help her. My sister later told me it was a great experience, and Nate patiently answered her questions in a way she could understand. Hearing this means a lot to me. Thanks guys for the great customer service. Every member of the staff here is amazing. I've got a family of 5 and everyone has a phone, so we're all constantly updating to the latest and greatest. Each visit is a breeze and the staff goes out of their way to be friendly to everyone that walks in the door. If you have a problem with your account, they'll help you. Need help with your phone? they'll help you. Need an upgrade? they'll help you. Above anything else, the customer service I get from this location as well as via their over-the-phone customer service keeps me a T-Mobile customer. I have been in this store before and I was helped by the manager I believe , while that was a great exspeiernce working with a girl named JACKILYN i seriously recommend if given her you should ask for the manager and tell them you need someone else to help you! When asking her to help me get my iphone unlocked she told me I needed to type in my icloud information on their computer I told her I had spent time with apple and they told me that was not the issue not to let t-mobile make me think it was! This girl has the nerve to look at me and say "well looks like you have all the awnsers then I can't help you" not impressed and not profesional in anyway I have spoken to t-mobile itself and the issues to be addressed but if you go in there I would recommend highly steering clear of this girl she does not need to be in customer service work. read more

Scammed, I agree with Kelly K. and on top of the poor service I am now going to have to go back to the store and return items that were suppose to be included in the "phone and 250 dollars in accessories". It seems that the extras show up on your bill , which is now a lot more than what you think you are getting. When you call the teen ager running the place and ask for an explanation of the bill you are told that nothing is free and his staff is told never to ever use that term. What it seems like to me is they are working on a commission and the more they sell the more they make. If you corner them on this they will tell you that if you would like you can bring back the accessories and they will refund. Another trip and another 2 hour wait for something I should not have been led to believe was on my plan. A store being run by teen agers with no ethics, and don't expect help from t mobile they will tell you to contact the store. That's what happens when you let children run the store, go to Lee's Summit, they are at least up front about what they offer. read more
