I purchased I new Samsung 2025+ that was mailed to me on February 20th. Upon finally receiving my protective screen covers in the mail (because what RN would dare to take a naked phone to work in her pocket), I finally opened the device to activate it this morning. When I peeled the protective covering off the glass I noticed the charging port was did not match to a c-charger as described. I did not make any attempt to turn the phone on nor activate it. I went to the AT&T store to for an exchange, as how am I to use a phone with a defective charging port. When purchasing the phone and the required installment plan (otherwise the store refused to order the phone for me) I was not one time notified that I had only 14 days to return or exchange. I did not sign nor see any documents during this agreement. They in turn gave me the customer service number and I left the store. I later returned to the store with correct four digit code for account and I was told my new phone had "network" activity on March 5th and they could not help me. They basically told me to fuck off and did not want to help me. How can I have network activity if I have not even turned the device on nor activate it? 7 hours later I have been hitting dead end after dead end. Manufacturer's warrantee will not cover. Asurion will not replace device since it has been past 14 days of purchase. I'm a healthcare worker and I need a working phone for call dammit. This whole situation has been a nightmare. I want my activation fee and installment agreement canceled. I will be disputing the sales tax on this phone I purchased that I cannot use. I will take my number to Tmobile instead and am actively entering a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I upgraded to fiber after using air hub for a year and a half. In the store they told me I needed to return equipment to ups. I expected that the store would have canceled the old service but I found out two weeks later when I got another bill for air, that I had to call in and canceled that service. So I called in and canceled the service and they gave me a QR code to return the equipment. Problem is I had already returned the equipment 2 weeks prior on jult 10th. They said they didn't get the equipment and are billing me 200.00. I could not find my receipt so I'm stuck. This was poor coms from the store. read more

My husband and I have purchased several phones here over the years and gotten lots of help from various employees. We're in our 70s and sometimes the technology is just beyond us. Always, there has been someone there who helps us quickly resolve any problems we have. And always, the employees are more than willing to help. It makes me sad to see all of the bad reviews for this store because our experiences with this location are just the opposite of what others have said. Which is the reason we keep returning to this store when we need new phones. They not only sell us phones but they make us feel as though there is support when we don't understand something. Anyway, the reason I came here to leave a review was because of help I received yesterday from one of those employees--Keyle Barner. I wanted to basically swap the phone numbers and all information from one phone to another and vice versa. I was terrified that something would be lost (contacts, photos, notes....). She was so calm and reassured me all was going to be fine and proceeded to take care of switching everything over. She knew exactly what she was doing and made it look so easy. But I understood enough to know that I never would have been able to do it by myself--I definitely couldn't have done it without her help!! I was so relieved when it was done, I wanted to hug her. My husband and I arrived here to purchase two Apple watches . there were three people being helped by three different employees. My husband and I sat down but we were never greeted and never put on a waiting list. A young woman came in after us and was greeted and added to the list immediately. We waited about 15 minutes and one of the employees finished up with a customer. We figured we would be next but instead the employee clocked out and left. We waited another 25 minutes and we were still never helped so we left. 40 minutes of waiting is ridiculous when the store wasn't even very busy. I could hear the leisurely conversations going on with no rush to get everyone helped. I've been to much busier stores than this and have waited less time. read more

The store was great, unfortunately the service is only as good as the weakest link.... everything past the salesman is the weakest link. The technician called and said he was on his way 10 minutes before the window for service was up, and then showed up an hour late. The guy was friendly. He even told me about his dogs booty call from a third floor window. I had to cancel appointments because they didn't keep their time window, and then when I got home I found they stole my comcast wires. I still have comcast service. ATT was a secondary service. Now I have no service for my personal stuff because of the theft. I called ATT and got a call center that was so loud we were almost shouting at each other. The guy kept apologizing to me, and telling me that he was sorry his coworkers were on the phone and it is loud. After the fourth transfer I was given a number to call. The next guy after calling the new number told me he sees in the notes that the technician noted removing the comcast stuff. I then asked what they would do to fix it. The guy told me he would look for a service window. I explained that I may $125 an hour. I missed going to work this morning waiting for them, but I need my service fixed. He got "Christian" the manager on the phone. Christian told me they would not be able to fix this, and I need to call comcast. Finally he would not commit to anything for my time and trouble, but said someone might pay me back for comcast having to come out. I do not understand the idea that they can remove the service, steal not only the cable wire, bu even the power cord from the xfinity box is missing. Then will not accept responsibility.. read more

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO TO A DIFFERENT AT&T. The manager at this location is very lazy and does not like to help customers. I had gone in to this store to exchange 2 phones that had been purchased with an at home representative. At the time of switching to AT&T and getting these new phones we were informed by customer service and our at home representative that we could take the phones in to a local AT&T store to exchange them in the allotted time frame for different phones if we did not like the ones we got or had issues with them. I went into this store and we were told that an exchange is possible but they did not know how to do it and we would have to come back another day when another manager is working that knows how to do it or go to another store. I ended up going to the Lee's Summit Store and the manager "Ambrielle" I believe was her name was amazing. She didn't know how to fully do the exchange but she reached out to other managers around the district for help and did not turn me away. What's ridiculous is the fact that the manager at the blue springs store DID KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND JUST DIDN'T WANT TO. The manager at Lee's Summit called him for help on doing it.
