Let me start by saying I am a loyal T-Mobile customer. I have been with T-Mobile for almost a decade. We came to this store because the location on Lonetree was swamped. We came in and there was one staff member and one customer...not once were we greeted or told how long our wait would be. Eventually another staff member came out after we waited for a long time. We waited all that time to be told that they didn't have a single new Samsung in stock. What an absolute waste of our time. My only consolation is that none of the staff will get a commission off of our purchase. read more

Horrible customer service if there's an issue unless you speak to a manager. It will take at least three in person visits to finally fix an issue before we're done, and I'm being optimistic. My husband and I are on the same account but apparently I'm the primary. I went in with a new iPhone to connect the TMOBILE to it. No problem. Then my husband went in a couple days later to connect his new iPhone to TMOBILE, and they disconnected my phone! I wasn't even there. That must have taken extra effort on their part! All they had to do was leave my phone alone, right? Nope. So now I need to go back in to reconnect my phone. Three separate visits. And counting. We are considering other options. Go to another T-Mobile in town. Came here to add my husband to my family's family plan and we waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Two people in front of us. We came at 12:30pm on a Monday and there's only 1 person behind the desk. Another person came out and then quickly scurried back into the back room. We left and drove to the Lone Tree store and my husband was helped right away because there were 4-5 associates working there. read more

Alex was the main guy who helped us. Both times we entered the store we were greeted by everyone working. Alex was able to get us the phones we wanted for the price we wanted. The service seems to be exactly what they claimed so far over another competitor. Brennan and Lucas also helped us out a lot and helped setting up the phones. They are a great team and the atmosphere is very chill. Cool place and great service. The store is very clean and well stocked and has many display models in which everyone is highly knowledgeable about. The one thing I really appreciate is there was no pushy sales pitches or techniques and everyone there is very personable. Highly recommend this location. read more

I've been with T-Mobile since the beginning of time and have always been satisfied with their customer service. My satisfaction has been extended even further now with last night's home security purchases. Alex and Melissa were so easy to talk to and fun to chat with. They did not make me feel unwelcome or rushed at all even though we showed up at 7:45p. They helped us determine the best choice for us between the 2 home security cameras that T-Mobile is currently carrying. My husband has been an AT&T employee for a number of years but he even acknowledged the fact that T-Mobile has the best customer service he's encountered. We even had a playful discussion of the difference between what benefits are offered for employees, with him saying he might not mind going to T-Mobile to work part time - anyway, huge thanks to Melissa and Alex for a painless transaction! read more

I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. i know there are some higher reviews but do not listen. the manager offers under the table deals, sales not offered by the company. once you agree it's a complete scam. i tried to get new phones for my family in january. he promised us four new iphone x's for the price of one. we paid money to start a down payment and later found out by other employees (the manager conveniently went on a vacation) that no one had a clue about the deal. the manager wouldn't respond to calls. finally got our money back and told ourselves we'd never be back. it's now april, we just received a phone bill from t-mobile for $400 for an account WE DO NOT HAVE. the bill is under a new number and had used our card information. only people who had it were the people at the store. Stay away from this T-Mobile store! They sell things in sneaky ways to benefit themselves, they do not properly activate your services so that you have continual problems. Bought my son a watch for Xmas and it is disabled. Have to go to the store and stand in line as HOUR, and try to have them look at it. Most likely to realize they made a mistake in hooking it up, but too late, Christmas already ruined for my child. Also when we got our phones we were talked into buying expensive screen protectors that are "guaranteed" for life. "Just bring your phone in anytime and we will replace the screen protector" lies. They didn't connect the screen protector to our account. So went in a year later, waited in line the usual HOUR, for them to tell me I needed to return with the Origional receipt to get my screen protector replaced. Thank goodness I had it at home. So returned and waited another HOUR. To have them finally replace it! If you shop here keep EVERY receipt. And when returning to the store give yourself plenty of time, cuz they are in no hurry to mess stuff up for you! read more

Needless to say, he saved me money on my plan, was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Went in to add a line, signed up two lines for the special. Wanted to get an iPhone xr and that's when it went downhill. Every price we got quoted was incorrect, did not print out any papers just had us sign and said we could get them in the app (another lie). Misquoted the credit we would get for trade in, misquoted we could pay difference of phone in a few months, misquoted months of payment plan, list goes on. Will return phone and repurchase at a later time at another location that can get one piece of info correct. read more

Hello! I made my way into this T Mobile store on a very sad afternoon. My phone was messing up big time! Luckily, I ran into the best T Mobile employee I think ever! First, he hugged me upon entrance of the store and asked me how my day was. After a nice, warm hug, he directed me to the counter where he told me my phone was acting because it had come into contact with liquid. Turns out my 3 year old baby boy Tommy, the mistake of the family, poured some orange juice on it! Surhab helped me choose a new phone and luckily I got insurance this time! We were helped by Jonathan Lirio who helped my mom save money by helping us trouble shoot an issue my mom had. My mom was told by a rep on the phone that she'll need a new phone, so my mom wanted a new phone. Well, Jonathan fixed all the issues my mom had, savings us from buying a new phone. My mom just bought the iPhone 11 last year and I wasn't really ready to buy a new phone. Jonathan was very patient with my mom and I really appreciate that. Thank you Tmobile and Jonathan Lirio for making the process easy and cost effective. Kudos to management for choosing the right employee. Everyone knows switching cell phone carriers is not a fun thing to do, this is especially true when your leaving Sprint. But these guys at T-Mobile Brentwood have been awesome. Talk about amazing customer service skills, they are pleasant, friendly, and try to be as helpful as they humanly can even when they are not the issue. Sprint has been really difficult throughout our switch and the T-Mobile team have gone above and beyond to make things right. It started with Alex's bubbly personality, Holly's patiences and smile and Kahlil is a man of his word.
