this store really did a number on us. could not switch over our 6 buisness lines so we just ended up getting a personal line. told them at the time of new line to cancel 6 lines. we received a $600 bill we went back said they can't do anything to call 611 number . we called 3 times they said they could not find anything in account. went back to them , again they can't help . called again , the 611 t-monlie said they just can't find it. now we have a $950 dollars is now being charged from a collection agency. went back to talk store manager Kevin would not come out to talk. called 611 number they hung up because I insisted this is wrong. they told me to go to Kevin! I'm leaving a review in hopes to help raise the overall star level, I had a great and quick experience at this store! My old iPhone 11 was starting to die way quicker more often, so I brought it in to see what my options were and David was able to get me upgraded to the new iPhone 15 Pro. He was able to answer all my questions and wrote out what it would look like monthly as far as payments (I didn't really want to upgrade because I loved having a paid off phone, so I was hesitant to upgrade at all). There was another girl working who was also very friendly and helpful with the customers she was helping. Hope more people leave positive reviews! read more

Not sure why this Store has so many negative reviews? I actually have had great service time and time again from Jorge At this location.It's actually worth the 35 minute drive from where I live even though I have many T-Mobile stores near me - probably because service isn't that great. It goes to show that I'm going to drive really far because the service has been really outstanding at this store. because of the A+ customer service provided by Jorge and amethyst, and their willingness to go above & beyond to make sure I am 110% satisfied customer and make me feel valued as a part of the tmobile family.  Jorge has always gone above and beyond to provide an amazing experience with helping me with all of my transactions and patient with my gazillion questions about my Samsung note 10 plus. It's because of Jorge's amazing customer service that I always come at this location. I've had previous experience in customer service, and served as a manager before, so I can recognize top-notch quality when I see it.  If it weren't for jorge and amethyst l,I would not have continued going to tmobile due to some dismal and subpar experiences at other tmobile stores and my online experience.  I believe I have come across a very talented young lad with an ability to listen to the customer and yet in this high-paced world, is able to translate into making the customer feeling valued, which I believe he has nailed to the 'T'. I have never had a worst experience in my entire life. I had store manager Amythest issue me a new lease when I went to get a replacement for my lost phone. T-Mobile is currently charging me 3 phone leases for 1 line. As the trusted professionals that they are. I trusted her in advising me on what to do. I checked my bill and realized I was getting charged for 3 phone leases. I reached out to t-Mobile to get this issue resolved. I assumed there was some miscommunication. T-Mobile told me I had to address issue with store manager. When I called the store Amythest told me that there was nothing that they could do. Or that I could come to the branch and give me options. She got very defensive so now I assume she was gaming to get sales credit and hit their bonuses. I requested her territory managers phone number and she declined to give me his/her phone number. I can't believe that a store manager would not notify me that this phone would be a 3rd phone lease on my account. This is not professional. The is happened on December 3, 2020 you can no longer see it on Google review. Wow just because your associates are horrible people who lie and use the police to try to scare a black woman. Unfortunately for you I did nothing wrong never threatened you and never harassed you it's funny. Also to find out There are so many complaints on them it's not surprising Good evening, The worst experience I have ever had in my life. So some the merger my phone has been acting weird and phone just acting crazy. While in fort collins I did a warranty exchange and had it sent to this location. In fort collins they inspected the phone completely I explain that the back was cracked and the expert and the manager inspected the phone an said it was fine. I get to this location and I'm greeted by Amber. She goes to get my products and begins the same process of inspecting each item. She gets to the back and says I can't do a warranty it's damaged. I'm like no I was just in fort collins and they said it was fine. She then replied we'll go back to them. I said why would I drive an hour away to get a phone that you have here now she say their is nothing else I can do. I tell her hold on let me get customer service on the line so we can figure this out. I beginning chatting with an expert online. While I'm waiting I get an email saying your warranty has been cancelled. I immediately ask why did you cancel my order to no response. So I'm waiting and her manager Amethyst comes over and ask what is she doing with this she told her I didn't want it and didn't want to pay for the sync up. Once again not speaking to me ignoring me completely. I left the store because nothing was getting resolved and cancelled the other warranty. I went to another location and they did the warranty just fine come to find out your store put that my front screen was crack and that's why my warranty was denied which was a lie. I placed the warranty order an went back to your location to ask why they first cancelled without my permission and lied. Amber immediately met me with hostile saying well that store will get dinged I've been with the company for 2 years and that's never been the policy. I asked then how come to other store are able to do it. She says well that's them and I been with the company for two years. I said well who said my front screen was cracked she was like it wasn't me. She was began to get passive aggressive saying ok, ok, and rolling her eyes. In no time while speaking to her was I rude or disrespectful. She was like I'm 40 years old and I expect good customer service when I go out, I replied we'll you haven't given me good customer service. I then tell the other associate to not take after her because that is horrible customer service. I leave the store and call her a goofy ass and go to start my car. She runs out the store and takes a picture of me and my license plate. I immediately get out of my car and go to the door and ask her why she took a picture of my license plate. She the tell the other associate to call the police because I threatened and hareased her I said how. I call her another goofy ass. I leave and get in my car and tell my friend to come on. She now engages amber like why did you do that no one threatened you why would you take a picture of the her plate. Then told her to come on. They are still calling the police as she walks to my car an we leave. In no way was this behavior ok like in the climate today anything could have happened. You called the police on me because I question why you did not do your job properly. After leaving your store Amber ran out and took a picture of my licenses plate. Anybody can do anything with that and look up my info like. She can go into account and find my info she has a picture of my license plate and probably me like that is not ok. By far the rudest and most arrogant people working there. They've employed young females who care more about their makeup than learning about current offers T-Mobile is offering. Went to turn on my iPhone this mourning and the screen was dead(bummer) . So waited for the store to open and went there for some advice or help. You would think they wood know more then the adverage guy! NO ! She said your phone has water damage and try to sell me a new one. Good thing I didn't fall for that and left. When I got home I looked up on my iPad about dead screens had my phone working in 30 seconds!!! You would think she would have been better trained to troubled shoot . If I could leave a review with zero stars I would. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today. The other managers were not training their new employee and just diddling with their phone while customers waited patiently. The employee with dark blue hair in a pony tail was laughing at a music video on her phone while Alana was trying to learn and help me. I was so frustrated with the attitudes all of the employees had I straight up left. I will never go back to this T-Mobile. Someone needs to step up their game and manage! Let me just start off by saying that the experience I had at this location was by far the best T-Mobile experience I've had in my entire life! I came into the store to purchase a phone for my elderly mother and was helped by Jorge, his genuine and professional demeanor has renewed my hopes for cell phone sales associates! He answered all of my mother's questions and helped her purchase the LG k20 which she absolutely loved! Jorge was very patient and understanding when It came to transferring my mother's contacts when so many others before have always tried to rush her out. Thank you Jorge for the wonderful service! It's always really nerve wrecking to make any changes to your phone plan - especially without fully trusting if an employee is really doing what is in your best interest or just trying to reach their "sales" goals - but if one asks a number of times "DOES THIS CHANGE OUR PLAN IN ANY SORT OF WAY? WILL WE HAVE TO PAY ANYMORE THAN OUR $285/MONTH PHONE BILL NOW OR IN THE FUTURE?" Shouldn't they be expected to be honest - well our bill just jumped to $555 because of an employee of this store. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over a decade and have been using cell phones since 1993. In those 25 years I've been to many stores. But this "store" is the absolute WORST phone store I have EVER been to. First, we were totally ignored by the Millennial employees loitering in little groups laughing and giggling. They seemed unable to grasp the concept that they were at WORK and had a JOB to do. None of them were of much help as they knew nothing about phones - except the ones they owned- and didn't care about operating their store. Second, we finally found one overworked employee who seemed to know a little about phones but nothing about T-Mobile plans, promotions and offers. Then this mumbler CHARGED my wife for the time to transfer her T-Mobile chip & contacts to her new phone her. (Only about a third of her contacts actually made it to the new phone.) Who can forget all the time he wasted trying to figure out how to transfer data which we got charged for. The phone came with a number of accessories, according to the T-Mobile web page. This arrogant, rude and sexist person disputed everything my wife had told him. So I called up the TM web site and SHOWED him the facts. We got all the accessories in the end, but what an ordeal! This was supposed to be fun. Instead it was a nightmare. There are decent T-mobile stores out there. Avoid this hive of graft, arrogance and incompetence at all costs. read more
