Terrible staff. I don't even know why she is still employed there. I went in to upgrade my daughter's phone. And after picking out the phone waiting in line for 30 mins. Come to find out she can't upgrade my daughter's phone because they were not an authorize T-Mobile. I don't even understand how you going to make someone wait 30 mins for nothing. I finally cancelled all of my family member phones lines and we moved on over to Verizon. I've been with T-Mobile for over 15+ years. The network is amazing. However, customer service is horrible. Yall need to do better or continue to lose customers to other phone providers. read more

worst customer service I've ever dealt with in a phone store! cris malave doesnt know how to treat customers & the assistant manager Becky Duffy needs her title stripped! I went in today for a warranty phone replacement & cris malave laughed in my face multiple times! cris & Becky also refused me to talk to the manager & also refused giving me her card with her information on it! I will NEVER come back to this store if my life depended on it! cris also thought it would be funny to write "today" down on the paper when I asked for his name! They are excellent for cellphone service but I do not recommend their Internet service they are always having problems with their towers dealing with the Internet and when you're trying to work from home it's not cool to be knocked off line all the time If I could have gave them zrro stars for the Internet service for the review I would have but the cell phone service is good and I've been with them for years. read more

This location is relatively new, but I much prefer the T-Mobile store in Maple Grove. The staff here at the Brooklyn Park location didn't bother to acknowledge me when I walked in, nor were they very helpful when they did eventually ask me if I needed help. I hope an experience such as this isn't the norm. When/if I visit this location again, I will update my review if anything changes. Based on my visit though, I'd recommend the Maple Grove T-Mobile over this store. read more

Me and my wife went to this location looking to purchase a new phone. As we walked in, no one greeted us. Act like we're invisible and weren't there. We spend 15 min looking at the display phones and have questions but every employee have no interest in answering question or helping so we just left. Don't go to this location if your of a different color or race. The vibe of YOUR NOT WELCOME will follow you all the way back to your car. read more

Arrived in Minneapolis from London and needed a US SIM card. Popped into T-Mobile right after they opened for the day and was warmly greeted by the staff. I explained my situation and the representative didn't grill me on if my phone was *actually* unlocked or not. She just simply believed me when I told her it was and that was nice. Previous attempts at buying a SIM card in the US have proven a far worse experience - I get it, unlocked phones are not common here. Anyway, the representative quickly went through the pay-as-you-go SIM options. Unfortunately, they didn't offer a package that worked perfectly for me, so I had to buy a bigger/more expensive package that I wanted but it gets the job done. No complaints there. read more

The service was good and got my bill paid fast, but it took 25 minutes to get service, one worker was telling a customer his entire life story, literally the whole life story from being in middle school, to dropping out in high school, to going to jail, to joining an outreach program and getting his GED, all jobs he's had before, everything, while there was 4 people waiting in line for service. Was not greeted properly. She treated me like I was broke. Was there to upgrade. Did not have any of the phones I was looking at online. The Galaxy NOTE 8 was in the drawer not charged up. When she decided to charge it, it would not come on properly. That was the one I wanted but wanted a down payment of $310. I wanted to play with the features first. Went to the one in Arden Hills where I could check the features out before I purchased it. Purchased the Galaxy NOTE 8 from Arden Hills because she did not deserve the commission. read more
