My setup is unique compared to most because I have high tech equipment. The Smart City Reps, Joe and Chad, recognized this and told my wife they wanted to finalize everything with me to avoid negativity affecting my setup. When I got around to completing the switch in service. Joe and Chad were there within a day. They were prompt and easy to work with, just regular guys who liked helping people. There were a few physical modifications as well as technical changes that were necessary. They did so incredibly efficiently and quickly. Whether you're an HOA looking to make the change to fiber or if you're an individual who has an opportunity to make the switch, the service itself is great and reliable. On top of the technical value, the customer service is unparalleled. As stated, I received decent and acceptable customer support from my previous provider. However, Smart City, and especially Joe and Chad, managed to exceed an already acceptable level of customer service.
