We moved to Trilogy which is less than a mile away from the AT&T Store just over a year ago. At the same time we switched from Verizon an Android phones to AT&T and iPhones. Everything for the last year has been fine. System paired easily with the Bluetooth on my Audi and the Ring Door Bell System on the house. I did not activate my Blue Tooth Hearing Aids at the time because with wearing Masks during Covid, every time I removed the masks, the hearing aids would fly off my face and across the room. To protect my investment, I waited till we came out from under the mask mandate to go back to the Hearing Center at Costco to download and readjust the hearing aids. Everything was fine at first with the exception that the Ring Door Bell alert was so loud so high pitched, it was painful. Two weeks before Costco had an appointment open to make adjustments. In the meantime, one of our IT guys tried to adjust the notification but now the phone does not play through the Audi Bluetooth. Took it to AT&T and the technician tried but all he could tell me was that the setting all appeared normal and he told me to call 611 Tech Support. You're going to ask why I gave 4 stars and the problem was not resolved. Granted it was not resolved, but the technician tried and when he could not fix the problem, was honest and said it could not and at the same time, gave me a potential route to resolving the problem. I appreciate honesty I have so many instances of technical run in the 26 years I used or had a cell phone and it was refreshing to get an honest answer.

On Friday when we got paid we went by the Huntersville store to see if they had the phone because we needed 3. The guy we got huffed at us multiple times and was awful so we left and went back to the Denver store, where Kaylie helped us pick out new phones, get them all turned on and even got my phone delivered from someone in Charlotte. My boyfriend recently visited this repair shop. His phone's bottom half was half-white. He got it…read morefixed for $350. The first screen he had replaced stopped working within a few days. The screen would press buttons on its own, locking him out of his phone, making calls, and sending money from Cash App. So, he returned to get it replaced. The second screen was free, but now his phone flickers whenever he's not using it. He has an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the display screens don't always turn off. So, it's constantly flickering throughout the day and night. And it goes basically white all over the screen.. I'm not sure what's wrong with these screens, but seeing the two screens my boyfriend had gotten from this shop, I strongly advise against using their services. The customer service was good for what I heard though.
