We told her we would be back in a few days to get everything turned on and finished up. We were looking for the new essential phone, but the store only had one in stock. On Friday when we got paid we went by the Huntersville store to see if they had the phone because we needed 3. The guy we got huffed at us multiple times and was awful so we left and went back to the Denver store, where Kaylie helped us pick out new phones, get them all turned on and even got my phone delivered from someone in Charlotte. She is a wonderful sales person, has a great personality and made our whole experience a 10 instead of a 2. We will go back to the Denver store and see her if we need anything else. Shes GREAT! If you need anything from sprint, please go see Kaylie at the Denver store...and Don't waste your time any where else.

This happened April 2017, it's been six months and I finally got my iphone fixed. To be honest I'm super cheap! A screen repair is expensive! Over the past six months, I researched businesses that will repair a iPhone 6S along with the prices. The cost ranges from $90 to $130 for screen repairs. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM. I made my first call to Batteries Plus, the woman was very rude and short with me---Pass!!!! The Pineville location has bad reviews anyways. Next on my list Staymobile!!!!! At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!! The gentlemen on staff was very informative and fast! My phone was ready within 1hr! I used my checkin offer and paid $96 for the screen repair. Thank you again Staymobile!!

Feb/mar 2026 Visited the local store to upgrade my old…read morephone since it was due for an upgrade. Was told the new phone would cost about $18/ mo for 24 mo and the trade in value would be $400. This is what I expected after reviewing the online situation w my phone. HOWEVER, they actually signed me up for an extra line at $45/mo (no phone on that mind you) and never mentioned they did this. AND added about $12 / mo and also never mentioned this. When I went in to have them correct this, the manager said they Never release a phone without reviewing the options (never occurred) and that since the IPHONE 17 was prone to problems they add that on- also never mentioned. Basically LIED as my husband was in the store with me and they never brought up the insurance nor extra line (supposed a buy one get one free promo for the $18/mo benefit). And spun it that I didn't know or understand their lingo which is ridiculous. Also once I got the new phone set up the Denver store would not accept the old phone and told me I had to send it in and they would send an envelop for me to do so which never happened. Finally had to drive to Huntersville to hand in the old phone for the $400 credit. Huntersville store did not understand why the Denver store didn't take the old phone in the first place. I will NEVER go back and if it wasn't for a decent person in customer service at corporate who made the appropriate correction and said the Denver staff did it incorrectly - my family with 5 lines would be with another telephone service. Given the store and personnel smell like weed- perhaps they would get things correct if the store was aired out!
