I was so impressed by the Customer Service at this location... I was compelled to write a review. Angela and Chuck run a tight ship over there. I had run into an issue with Office Depot and required a 24 hour turnaround for a fairly important project. Not only did FedEx make that happen for me, but they also offered me a slight discount because of how frustrated and dropped I felt with Office Depot. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating; the store manager, however, not so much! As someone who frequents the store almost daily, and I use the self service feature, I would think that if you're within 2 minutes of the drop off time and the driver is still loading packages, that should not be a real imposition to take an already prepared envelope and give it to the driver to include on the current day's delivery run. Today, even though the driver was there, the store manager looked at his watch snd noted that it was 5:17pm and said it's after 5:15pm, we can't accept it for today's last run! I suppose that's just 'adherence' to store policy. Being a 'good neighbor' in the community should be a little bit of a factor--but maybe not! Sooo on to DFW Airport for my drop off! read more

Stay away!! Huge scam with their self-service printing services. They ask you to pre-authorize a payment and you can't add funds. It costs us like $25 to print 15 pages. We added funds 3 times, because each time ($5, $10, $10) wasn't enough. We had to let the time run out and authorize a new amount, not enough, and authorized a new amount. Such a ripoff. I will report them to the BBB for fraud. read more

This morning I went to the FedEx on Pleasant Run in Cedar Hill. I walked in the door and was greeted by Chuck the store manager. I had the program for my dad's funeral that needed to be printed. Chuck printed a sample, made some recommendations and then gave me some in store discounts. I asked when they would be ready and his reply was about 5-10 minutes. I said I was going outside to wait in my car. Several others were in line so while the printer was cranking the programs out, Chuck tended to the others. The store had been remodeled since the last time I was there and it was clean and set up for efficiency. While in my car the other individuals exited the building and a couple of mutes later, Chuck walked out to my car with 250 programs, neatly folded and boxed up. Thank you Chuck for the excellent service. I will definitely be back for any future printing needs. read more

My wallet was recently stolen so I have to recover all documents. I don't have a printer so I headed to FedEx for prints. A woman named Cathy helped me. She was great, positive and helpful. Well service was quick, there were two young ladies working and I just needed to mail my step daughter her BDAY gift. The only bad part, which was on me is that it cost more to ship then what I got her. I couldn't find a post office around here so just ended up paying for it so that it will make it to her before her Birthday. Store clean and organized and located across from the Target shopping center. Worked out perfect for me because I was headed to the mall down the street. read more

I dislike this store so much when the manager is here. He doesn't utilize his time as needed. Their could be a long line and one person helping but instead he choses to do something else and keep the customers inside waiting. The only time he ever helps is when he's the only one here. There are not enough employees at this location. I waited in line for a while, only to be told I was waiting in the wrong line. There are no signs to tell you which line to wait in to pick up a package. Then, after I waited for quite a while in the correct line, the employee took the person behind me, and totally ignored me! I was so frustrated! When she finally asked me what I needed, she was rude. UPS is so much better!!! read more

They are really nice and helpful. Beware if you are going to get photos enlarged or printed because they don't keep photo paper on hand. You may want to bring in your own that is suitable for a laser printer. The stuff they have in stock can get expensive. read more

Went in today, it was my first time rerouting my package to an actual location. I get in i see a man (looks to be the manager) very frantic. Constantly pacing. I was trying to figure out why because it was only 2 customers, one being myself. He was talking about a customers issue to the employee and what she needs to tell the customer and the customer was right in front of him. So the customer said he could of just told her that and she walked out upset. Then it comes to my turn, i give him my shipping number then he continues to act frantic trying to find my package. Then looks at the computer and tells me exactly what i read on my email. Now, the email i got from fedex said that it was delivered to that specific location but he tells me it's at my apartment complex. So I'm trying to get verification before i just head home and have to come back. Then in a condescending tone he reiterated the information as if he was reading to a little child. I will never patron this location ever again, his rude attitude is the worst customer service I've witness in a while. read more

I arrived before the Fedex Office store opened so that I could be first in line. Joe began helping me as soon as the doors opened. I briefly explained that I was speaking at a conference that morning, and unexpected changes the night before meant last minutes changes to my printed materials--and I didn't want to risk printing on-site with the other speakers. Joe worked quickly and efficiently, helping me make changes to the layout and reprint and bind the program. He was knowledgeable and professional! Others came into the store over the next 20 minutes, and Joe patiently explained he would get to everyone in the order they arrived, just as soon as he could (he was the only one there). Some people grumbled (rudely), and two people kept insisting that they "ONLY needed...," but I appreciated that he finished my job and didn't walk away from it. He ignored the rude women, and the guy with the attitude, responding politely that they'd each have his full attention when it was their turn. Excellent service. Excellent work. I also noted that once he saw my title on the work, he referred to me as "Dr." throughout the rest of the transaction. He certainly didn't have to do it, but I appreciated the gesture and the courtesy. Joe was the only one working that morning and on another day when I went in.
