I was charged for 2 months service for the temporary number I was assigned BECAUSE THEY SCREENED UP AND DID NOT PORT OVER MY NUMBER. So ATT never cancelled my service and kept billing me. I had completely forgotten that it was an option for the model of phone I had. He put it on a wireless charger and confirmed that it would charge and power up.
