Additionally he spent time answering my questions and listening. I have been to this store several times. Really Joseph is one of the few employees that seem to care and take time. He replaced a screen for me that another employee had replaced 2months earlier without the care that Josey used. Very grateful. And he was training a new employee and 8 cannot think of a better person to train upcoming new recruits. He set the standard really high for customer service and product knowledge.

I took my mom there to get a new phone last week. At first I was dreading it already anticipating…read morethat we would be standing in line waiting for a rep to help us. Boy was I wrong. We walked in mid afternoon and we were the only ones there. She just needed a new flip phone as her old one was obsolete and both reps were able to help us out. Very grateful for their patience as the phone was in my dad's name and since he passed away recently we had no idea what the pin number was, etc. They were able to get this info, order her a new phone, and it was in less than 2 days. We picked it up a few days later and again super impressed with the service. They activated it, made sure calls came in and out on it, and made sure she was comfortable with it. What a great experience.

The store was given proof of my service. Today I get an email from ATT saying they didn't have proof of my service so they are denying my veterans discount. Don't trust these people Update, after complaining about the above I was locked out of my account. Guess I can't make payments if I can't log in. Boy are they stupid!
