I don't even want to give this place one star. I called TMobile because my phone wouldn't turn on. They said they'd send a working phone to this store. I went to pick it up after a few days and they wouldn't let me have the phone. The alleged reason: only corporate stores can exchange phones when the old one doesn't turn on. They wouldn't even let me use their phone to order one to be sent to a corporate store! The man said I had to drive there! I just got off work and had to add another 25 each way of driving time to my day plus the time spent in the store. The corporate store (actually the area manager) called that store and said to release the phone to me but they wouldn't. I went in a couple days later and asked to speak to the manager to let him know what happened. An employee went to get him and said he wasn't there and didn't know where he was. She called him and said I can talk to him on the phone. I said I don't want to if he's driving, it's not safe. She told me that he'll pull over in a parking lot. I spoke with him and told him what happened, he totally acted like the employee was right not to let me use the phone and that I was wrong. He had an attitude with me. I also mentioned I thought it strange that his staff didn't know he left for the day. He told me a perk of being a manager is he can leave when he wants and doesn't have to tell anyone. That doesn't sound like a good managerial skill to me. I've been with TMobile eighteen years but I don't think I'll make it to nineteen. I'm happy I chose this location and carrier. J and his manager was awesome. They really helped me out with picking my plan and accessories.

I'm usually not one to complain about customer service, but I just didn't feel comfortable here at all. I couldn't wait to leave the store.

Worst customer service ever. Definitely want to switch carriers because those ladies weren't helpful at all.
