My boyfriend went in to pay the bill with cash on Sunday March 9th. He paid the lady in the front and she gave him a receipt. He was on his way to the car in the parking lot and a man came running out stating he cant take his cash. After the transaction was done. He had to go back in, they voided his payment and gave him his money back. They didnt want to have to redo the deposit. THAT IS BAD BUSINESS. When we first started with Tmobile they have been charging us for "key trackers" we told them we dont need them. They charge us every month and we're not using them and never have. Told I was getting a promotion of 3 free sync up trackers with buying the T-Mobile home internet. I didn't care or want these trackers they just gave them to me and said T-Mobile is paying for it. I asked what the 5 dollars a month was and she said it's completely free. Come to find out there's a monthly charge on these "free" trackers I didn't even ask for. Feels unfair to sneak something like a monthly charge into a purchase without letting the buyer know. Not real sales when the buyer is not made aware or condoning a purchase. I felt forced into something and is not what should represent the T-Mobile company. Give me honesty and vulnerability and give me the option to choose if I want it. -5 stars for me. I am comparing this T-Mobile store with all the rest in Jacksonville I've been into and this store gets 5 stars!! All the employees here are amazing: friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. The manager and assistant manager couldn't be better. And they are willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you need. The employees in this store are the reason we decided to stay with T-Mobile and resign a new contract rather than switch to AT&T so we could have our iPhones back. They were very knowledgeable, they had answers to all of my questions. The manager helped me on a number of separate visits. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere was very laid back and I was not pressured at all to buy anything. There is always an extra effort to make sure that I chose the correct phone, plan, and add-ons that best fit my needs. Customer service is amazing at this location. Never is there a pushy sales rep looking you over to see if you have cash in hand to purchase a new cell here. Just friendly faces and a willingness to help. Do not waste your time here! I can count on one hand how many times I have come here and every time I have they are rude and no help at all. I walked in and was waiting for help. A lady who worked there came from the back, leaned over one of the desks and just stared at me until I started to walk towards her and ask for help. No "Hi welcome." Or "how can I help you". All I needed was a new screen protector for my phone. I asked her if they have one. She proceeds to answer still hunched over at the counter with her fingers in her mouth! Side note, she's wearing a mask... what's the freaking point of wearing a mask if you're going to have it on and pulled down with your finger in your mouth? Any who, she asks what phone I have. I tell her and she tells me she doesn't think they have one. So I go to look to double check because she showed no signs of wanting to help and know for sure whether they do or don't. Some guy comes from the back and she asks him and he's like no. We don't. And then doesn't even offer to look up a store nearby that would have it... Good day I never thought that I would ever say this about T-mobile but I am really at my wits end with T-mobile CS departments both over the phone and I the store. I added 3 additional lines (my mom and 2daughters) to my account this past October. I visited your store located on 103rd street in Jacksonville, FL 32210. Before adding my mom to the account we wanted to make sure we understood how your international plan worked; that she would be leaving MetroPCS where she had $65 unlimited including the international calls she made to St. Lucia and had no issues. I was advised by the store rep. That T-Mobile does offer unlimited international calls however it would be an additional charge of $10.00 per month added to the bill for unlimited international calls which I agreed. NEVER was it mentioned to me that the $10.00 would ONLY give a a reduced international calling rate to $.20 per minute. Trust me I would NOT have agreed to it. I would have told my mom to stay with T-Mobile and just switch my daughters. Needless to say the international calls were stopped immediately. Still OCTOBER When I found out about the additional charges (which was the same month plan was set up in OCT). I called T-Mobile they explained the long distance charges; in which I explained rates was not explained to me your rep suggested that I should go back to the store. I went back to the store explained the situation; in which they agreed there was a miscommunication the rep who helped me set up my account confirmed she misunderstood the rate/plan; After they both reps discussed with their store manager they advised me that they would call their GM (due to the high amount of charges) to discuss removing the the charges. The store rep "Ace" gave me his contact # to call him back in a few days at the store to follow up. Guess what lines were suspended before I had a chance to call him back. So I went BACK to the store (it's now November) stood in line for 30mins spoke with the manager ONCE AGAIN about the situation who acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. She called your CS department from the stores' phone where she gave me the phone after she explained to them the biking issue who transferred me to your "Loyalty/Retention " department where I spoke with Antonio explained the issue to him after 45 mins ON THE PHONE between hold times, talk time and Antonio reviewing my account and him speaking with the store manager. It was agreed that a credit of $282.00 would be applied to the account and the store would handle the balance as it was an error of miscommunication on the their end. The manager (Jannette) then had me wait an additional 30mins as she attempted to get in contact with her GM.; which she said she did and the bill would handled credit would applied and I would ONLY have to take care my REGULAR monthly bill. GUESS WHAT. My account is suspended AGAIN NOTHING has been done EXCEPT for the $282.00 be applied and this is only because I made an another call to CS & Loyalty again; however there is still a balance of $876.40 of which $699.88 are for the international calls from OCTOBER. As I mentioned I've Never had any issues with T-Mobile until I added these additional lines. Omen I've even convinced 5 others (family & friends) to switch to T-Mobile. But I must say billing issue makes up for allow the complaints I never had. By the way Your Retention/ Loyalty department serves no purpose. They basically told me sorry you had issues we've done what we can. You can either go back to the store or we can get you with our financial/ finance department to setup a payment plan REALLY!!!!! Service at this location started off on a good note; however ended horribly. You guys really insulted my intelligence and didn't have the decency to step to the play and be honest!!!!!!!! read more

Went to this store to ask about my camera. They had a table set up outside with the door blocked. So the guy at the table says "welcome to Tmobile how can we help you" so I answer and say I would like to see about my phone. So the customer that he's with says I think they want to go inside and his response was "oh I heard them" while we're still standing there. So you see us standing here trying to go in and that's the response we get. So I asked are we allowed to go in and he says in a hesitant voice sure and proceeds to yell in the store at the other person inside" hey they want to come inside" and her exact words were "for what everybody outside, rudely. Then says even if they come inside it's still a wait. First they dont even know exactly what we wanted because they were to busy trying be rude. Customer service goes a long way and if you're a manager,of a store, which she was you need to carry yourself better. I dont think there's no rule that says your customers are not allowed in the store regardless of what you have going on the outside. And it wasn't even about the wait, it was how she said it. It was definitely a better way to present it. As long as I've been a customer with -Mobil I've never experienced this kind of treatment and I definitely won't be back to this store. I went into this store to get a new phone at 6:00 one evening with my husband and daughter. I was greeted just fine and thought I would have a drama free experience, I could've been more wrong!!! I was stuck with the new guy, who was very polite yet had no experience what's so ever, he was very slow and kept referring the the manager through out my transaction, which was fine. They both didn't seem to know how exactly to configure the new phone, so I was left to do it myself, which I have NEVER done in the 8 years I've been with tmobile, in the beginning of the transaction I was told I could transfer everything from one phone to the next. With no problem, I was NOT told it take over 3 hours. I did not like not being told upfront how long the transaction would take, i asked that we cancel the whole thing and i requested my money back, i was told by the manager it couldn't be done and i couldn't have my old phone back. Then another associate name Wesley had a nerve to tell me that my stuff probably would not transfer over and that it was almost closing time so there was no time to see if the switch would work. This is after 2 hours of my time being waisted with the new guy . We ended up in a heated argument which the manager stood by and did nothing about. I was told he would call the cops because I demanded my money back. The Whole Time The Manager Is Just there. He continues to run his mouth as if he owned the place. Jonathan and this group of guys are awesome!! My son and I went in to see about getting his IPhone fixed, but much like most of Apples products it was totally worthless. Hung out and cut up with all of them for about an hour or so and since Jonathan used to be an avid skateboarder my son was more inclined to listen to ideas for the perfect phone for him. He now has the new HTC which is much larger than the IPhone he had, but the sound quality is amazing. Seriously, we be jammin'! Also a good protective cover so if he bites it skateboarding the phone will be just fine. He went skateboarding and came back grinning from ear to ear. This is the reason why I have and will forever be a T-Mo customer. In 12 years of their service I had ONE BAD EXPERIENCE on the phone. They messed up my bill charging me 300+ and the first guy I talked to was an asshat. I called back the next day, got someone else, he researched it and found I was correct and he appreciated the fact that I paid it before it was resolved. He informed me that unfortunately he couldn't do a return on the overpayment but I ended up with no phone bill for three months, so there! It would take something very dramatic for me to leave. And if I ever did I would resort to smoke signals because the service at most others suck. And that's coming from people who deal with them. AT&T being the worst. T-Mo has worked with me on numerous occasions and I'm seriously thankful for this group of young men. My son is really shy with new people even at 20 years old but he was cutting up with them to.
