Or our other option was going to the Apple Store 30 minutes away and they could maybe fix it. This Verizon store was no help when we asked to use my warranty on this iPhone. The associates were absolute assholes and were extremely rude when we were asking for advice when that's their job to help people with what to do. I do not recommend going to this store because the sales reps were rude and ignorant.

Working retail can really take the nice out of people but this was not the case.
