I got active armor with AT&T to prevent spam text and phone calls. I was getting a lot of spam texts. When I went to the store, they told me there was nothing they could do. Thus was included in with my AT&T service, so I don't know why they refused to help me with it, but they never helped me with anything. I also had poor reception again. They told me nothing they could do that. It was my iPhone. I went to the iPhone store in Albany and they said it wasn't my iPhone. There was nothing wrong with my iPhone. AT&T has never helped me with anything. The worst store to go to.

I visited the Kingston AT&T store today seeking a replacement screen protector for my iPhone Max Pro. When I originally purchased the $40 Zagg screen protector, I was specifically persuaded by the salesperson's guarantee: if the protector ever broke, I could return to this store, pay $10, and receive an immediate replacement. This was the single reason I agreed to purchase the product. Today, AT&T refused to honor those terms. I was directed to the Zagg.com website to file a warranty claim, a process which requires dealing with a third party, paying shipping, and waiting for delivery. This is a direct and unacceptable change to the terms and conditions under which the product was sold to me. This experience reflects poorly on AT&T's corporate business ethics and morals. A company should stand behind the terms its employees use to sell products, especially expensive accessories. While I was not angry at the specific employees--who are just following orders--two of the three staff members I interacted with displayed noticeable attitudes. It is no wonder the store was pretty much dead at 5 PM on a Wednesday. When a major service provider changes its fundamental policies and compromises its integrity in this manner, it naturally drives customers away. I will be investigating switching providers immediately, as I cannot do business with a company that changes its terms whenever it suits their bottom line. I have no freaking clue and no valid reason not to use a repair center like this place. Maybe I'm conditioned to take my products only to apple and let them suck every last dollar out of my bank account for repairs. Bravo to apple for making me think only they can fix my products but I'm no longer fooled by that marketing tactic. Thankfully I decided to trust that someone has the ability to repair my apple products other than apple. I took my iPhone XS Max in for some major repairs; front, back and battery. Alfredo was up front about costs and turnaround times. I was explained my options and dangers of trying to save a quick buck in the long run. I trusted the Jedi Masters recommendations and my trust was not ill placed. My phone was masterfully repaired and warranties explained clearly. Comes back grabs his laptop and states he will have to look up replacement parts and price. It's great how I can shop at Walmart and get other helpful needs met at the same time. My children have damaged my iPhone several times, everything from the charging port, the screen and the battery. Each time Riz never hesitated to help me in any way possible. He is honest, kind and very professional. I had another iPhone that was damaged by water and he even revived that one.
