T-Mobile Customer Experience Review…read more I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution regarding my iPhone 13 Pro charging port issue. I pay monthly for device protection through T-Mobile. When I filed a claim with Asurion, I was told it's a mechanical issue and I should contact T-Mobile directly. When I contacted T-Mobile, I was told the opposite, that Asurion should handle it, and was cold-transferred back. After repeating this cycle again, T-Mobile told me to visit a store. I visited the T-Mobile store at 1082 Cypress Pkwy, Poinciana, FL. The rep verified the charging port issue, but the manager refused to process it under warranty, claiming "physical damage" , which is the very issue I'm trying to fix. They again told me to file another claim with Asurion, which will obviously be denied again as a mechanical issue. Bottom line: I'm stuck with a phone I can't properly charge. I'm paying monthly for a protection plan that offers no help. I'm being sent in circles between T-Mobile and Asurion with no solution. This is unacceptable customer service and an awful experience for a loyal customer. I will strongly reconsider staying with T-Mobile if this is how they treat paying customers.

After Apple repaired my screen a few months ago the screen became insensitive and sticky so u unknowingly changed my way of use. They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. I can't say enough good things at how helpful they were.

After going to another Metro at Osceola Pkway and being mistreated and getting NO help at all. We decided to visit this one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team!
