Went into T-Mobile Store for the free phones promotion for new customers. Told we'd have to make…read moredown payment $880 for five new phones and we'd get credit over 24 months. Different from how we've done business with Verizon, MetroPCS and Cricket over 13 years. The T-Mobile store also sold us on Samsung watches, promo again for new customers, down payment over $700 with the promise of credit back over 24 months. We expected our first bill to be Military Plan $135, no additional fees under Military Plan. Minus credits near $119. Our first bill was $235 with no credits back from the down payments, FREE phones and watches. Call Center/Customer Service wasn't helpful at all, quoting us promos from previous months and re-directed us to the T-Mobile store. To our surprise, the T-Mobile store didn't dispute the promotional, any offers or credits. They actual confirms FREE phones and watches. They got on the phone with some help desk. Our next T-Mobile bill was corrected @ $119, with Military plan and credits. Our third bill came, this time $179 bill. Come on! Called T-Mobile customer service again spoke with Joseph (agent) and Nickie (floor supervisor or some title). Again unhelpful. We have a written copy of the offer, we were given certain model due to the offer and our 2nd bill was correct, and still were not offer correction, adjustment, credit. After being told by Nickie she was the highest level at T-Mobile, we were done.

This is our go to Best Buy and appreciate it's location and employees. I have total tech (worth the…read more$ to me) and had an issue with an older work computer (not actually purchased from BB) yet they assisted me. I did try online Geek Squad who did a total scan but did not resolve the issue. I made in person appointment and met Jacob who listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes and got to work backing everything up, just in case. Later in day, Chris stepped in and called me to be sure that I was aware they needed to factory reset but assured me the backup files would be restored. 48 hours later, I met again with Jacob who I feel went above and beyond timewise to get everything back on my laptop. Even had to deal with a 3rd party vendor chatting and eventually releasing a download. I so appreciated Chris and Jacob for their time and expertise. Thank you!

So I went into the store with a very strange problem. Knowing that digital games are non refundable, I fully expected to have to pay out of pocket and buy the game twice. The staff was amazing. It took a good hour at the register, at one point having 4 people trying to help. Alex and team tried many different options, even issuing a new code for the game. It still didn't work, so they exchanged the card that wouldn't work for an xbox gift card. Even though I ended up paying the difference for the gift card ($10.01, truly not bank breaking) the fact that the employees all worked together to help make the situation right for my kid. There is a reason we keep going back to Best Buy. Employees like this group, at 11:30-12:30 on Tuesday 5-2-23, are a big reason why. Thank you

The manager, K gained my trust only to rip me off…read more Over a couple of days, I had worked with K to decide on a new phone to replace my 2015 model; during which time, he had gained my trust with his kindness. The day I went to purchase a phone, I was very patient while he helped the other clerk with customers several times; I was there for over an hr. For the phone I was purchasing he said he didn't make anything on the phone, so I felt for all of his help I would purchase the accessories because he said that's all he made a commission on. While K picked out the screen protector and was putting it on the phone, I picked out a case. There were no display prices or on the accessories. Twice I asked him how much for just the case, both times he said he didn't know because it was bundled, but stated he gave me a discount. I was not able to see the receipt until I paid. I wasn't even able to use the credit card machine myself; and, he had me sign upside down! When I saw I was charged $26.75 for the case and $26.75 for the screen protector, I tried to return them, but was told I could not; even though the receipt states I could within 14 days. He also kept all pkging. When I asked, he refused to call Metro CS, but called the cops on me. I have spoken to CS, which agrees I had been taken advantage of and those were unreasonable prices, Metro is investigating the price gouging. Go to Google Review to see receipt.
