Damon (manager) and Tasier (sales rep) are awesome. Switched from AT&T and XFinity to T Mobile cellular and internet. T Mobile paid off 4 iPhones and got us two Apple watches and a new iPhone 16. I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with this store and the fact that the issue they created on my account is still not resolved. About two weeks ago I visited this location to upgrade my line. The associate assisting me appeared unsure of the process and repeatedly had to go to the store manager, Rev, for help. From what I could see, they were clearly having difficulty completing the upgrade, but no one communicated that to me. Instead, the associate eventually came back and told me everything had been completed and sent me on my way. Two days later I discovered that something was seriously wrong with my account. There was an unknown phone number attached to my line. After looking into it further, I learned that the number actually belonged to a local business and had somehow been linked to my account. When I contacted the store, no one could explain how this happened. Because of the situation and the obvious mishandling of my account, they ended up swapping out the phone. However, that still did not fix the problem. Now my account shows an additional phone line with a monthly payment attached that should not exist. I have had to spend a significant amount of time calling and trying to get someone to correct this mistake. They eventually removed the mystery phone number that was never part of my account to begin with, but now my upgrade is no longer reflected properly. What is even more concerning is how this situation has been handled by management. The store manager, Rev, has been extremely rude and unprofessional during my attempts to resolve this. She has hung up on me multiple times when I have called to try to get help fixing the problem. At this point, the store is not answering my calls and the issue they created remains unresolved. I live 43 miles away from this store and have already wasted a significant amount of time trying to correct errors that were clearly made by the staff during what should have been a simple upgrade. This situation involves incorrect account changes, unauthorized numbers being attached to my line, and now incorrect billing showing on my account. That is extremely concerning from both a customer service and account security standpoint. I would strongly recommend that someone from corporate review what is happening at this location, because the lack of training, accountability, and professionalism I experienced here is unacceptable. I've been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years+ and have gone to many locations when I have needed to purchase a new phone, get tech support, etc. The Littleton location is by far the best when it comes to customer service. All the staff is amazing! Friendly, honest and helpful. You don't find that much anymore. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location! read more

This is the closest T-Mobile store near my house, and honestly it isn't great. Every time I've gone here, they can never print my receipt -- them saying they'll email it to you, is hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get one, others you won't. I went in recently to pay off my phone, no receipt because god forbid they're tech works, and to change my plan. I was told my new plan would be starting on the 17th, which is today, and guess what? It wasn't changed correctly. So now I'm waiting for assistance, hoping they can fix this so I don't have to wait for my plan to be changed until January 17th. I've been with T-Mobile for years and never had a problem, but they're either not training their employees well or they're hiring people who don't care how to do their job. read more

STAY AWAY!! This is a third party store and they're only looking to make as much money off of you as they can. I wish I could give this store 0 stars. We called t-mobile customer service and they said we could cancel the service and turn the phone in to t-mobile store in order to stop paying for the phone on a lease. We went into this store to turn the phone in and Xander told us that we could not turn the phone in and he told us that "there is no one left on a lease policy". He stated that we would need to pay $675 to cancel the service and pay for the phone. Customer service had just quoted that we would only pay $230 after returning the phone. Xander insisted that we had to pay the almost $700 to get out of the service. We were skeptical of what he was saying, so we went to the t-mobile at 5365 s wadsworth Blvd and had a much better experience. We were told there that everything Xander had told us was not true. They said that we were on a lease policy and could return the phone and just pay the $230 left on the bill. Terrible service. This location is only looking to take your money. read more

I've been a TMobile customer for 4 or so years. Have taken advantage of the screen protector warranties. If you're not familiar with this, what it is, is you get a screen protector replacement for your phone. I paid a pretty penny for the S21..a 5G. I do not get 5G service where I live and Tmobile had been working in the "tower" for over a year. I had to switch providers due to this. So not only am I out the money for a phone that won't work in my home, but now I do not get the screen protector replacement but I also do not get a warranty on a phone I purchased 6 weeks ago. Hmm?? Doesn't seem right. I had came into the Tmobile store 3 weeks ago to verify my account was closed and I asked for the screen protector replacement. My account was not canceled and I left the store without the screen replacement. I went into the store today to get the screen protector replaced and was told they cannot replace it on a closed account. The Assistant Manager, Dameon E. Is super nice, as well as I was too, and he said he could not do anything for me. I used one replacement on this warranty type deal, as he could see in the system. However he could not do anything for me. I asked why this wasn't stated when I came in 3 weeks ago? Why was it not stated when you purchased the protection? I guess I will be writing this company off as an option. Sad! They did have one of the greatest customer services, but obviously not anymore. Clear communication would have been nice. How does a manager not have authority to do anything???? Stay away from this management team. read more

Terrible customer service. Bought four phones from this location when they were running the buy one get one free promotion. Later I was told by T-Mobile that they could not honor that because it was set up incorrectly at the store. At the same time I purchased screen protectors for the phones because I was told they would replace them for free. Went in today to get them replaced, only to be told they couldn't honor it because T-Mobile changed their policy. I told Amanda that I was frustrated with this store because nothing has been done correctly and she told me that I didn't need to come back to that store. Just solidifies that this store doesn't care about their customers and won't show any compassion. You're better off calling T-Mobile directly. read more

I have gone to this location countless times because I find them to be exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help me with any concerns issue or question. When I added my children to our plan they spoke with the children directly and respectfully like they would any customer. read more

I've been in here a few times just to browse or ask basic questions, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. They took it up a whole big ol' notch today when I went in with a challenge. I'd bought a TMO phone at Walmart intending to use the Walmart-exclusive TMO plan, and I needed to activate the phone and switch over a number from Verizon to use on this new phone. I dreaded doing this at home, since I'd done it once years ago and it was a huge pain. The staff told me they couldn't activate the phone and get it hooked up to this Walmart plan for me, but they did help me go online, and later call in, to help me get it activated in the same way I'd have to do if I were at home. They couldn't activate it for me, but they could help me get it activated. Long story short, the process is a nightmare. This Walmart process is a mess whether you're a civilian like me or a pro like the guys in this shop. They hung in there with me, calling back after getting cut off, arguing with their own Customer Svc people at the 800 number, etc etc. We finally got everything in order after probably an hour, and I know this particular retail outlet didn't earn a dime from all the effort they expended. I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help an old technophobe like me. read more

I was vacationing in the area and shattered the screen protector on my iPhone X. Verizon is my carrier but this T-Mobile store was conveniently located so I stopped in to get a new screen protector. Someone helped me as soon as I walked in the door to find and put on the new screen protector. I had my money out to pay, and they told me I was good to go and didn't have to pay! I was so pleasantly surprised by the great service and fact that I got a new screen protector for FREE!!! read more
