I highly recommend the Aspen Grove location as the folks are friendly and also knowledgeable. They helped me so much today with my phone.

The two people working at midday on 12/31/26 were remarkably condescending and unhelpful. They wouldn't stop talking long enough to understand what the actual problem was. Instead, they chose to cut us off and loudly talk over us with condescending, unrelated, rambling monologues which had no bearing on the issue we were trying to explain, treating us like we couldn't even read. I understand this is probably a difficult time of year but you really ought to make sure you understand the actual problem before you begin trying to deflect it. Those two really made fools of themselves and the company they represent. Customer-facing positions are probably not a good fit for them. read more

This location must have made changes based on previous poor reviews from years ago because my wife and I have been here several times in the past 3 years and have always been met with helpful, knowledgeable, professional employees. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mason today when I upgraded my husband's and my phone. I also met with Ray, the manager, the consummate professional. I was there for a couple of hours but never felt rushed. Mason worked diligently to ensure that I was getting the best possible service for our account and was patient in presenting all my options. Walked out super satisfied and glad I stopped in this store. This hasn't always been the service I've received at different Verizon stores, so I'm over the moon happy with the service I received today from Mason and Ray. Go see them. They're worth the trip! Sydney/Sidney was one of the most condescending, least patient, and rudest people I've ever met. I came in confused as to why I couldn't authorize a device I was attempting to purchase. Off the bat, she was rude, and only worsened as my stay continued. Rather than patiently explain my issue or offer an alternative, she chose to be both aggressive and downright mean. Even her coworker, who I was not able to get the name of, noticed her behavior. He suggested she go to the back to do something else while he assisted me, which she promptly refused. The man that assisted me was much more understanding and easy to work with, speaking to me with respect and being patient with my questions. I'd rather switch to a rival service after 4 years of being with Verizon than have to deal with her again. read more

Was all ready to pay cash for a new iPhone because of T-Mobile's network issue. Showed up at 9:05 (supposed to be open) and a gal with a backpack was walking the same way. I overheard her say something to a young man sitting under a tree. I called to her asking if she worked at the store, and was she going to open. Refused to answer me. I asked again, Miss? Do you work at this store? Keep in mind we are right next to Panera Bread, my favorite coffee hangout. She finally says, "Sir, I can't help you right now!" I said I didnt need immediate help, just wanted to know if she was going to open the store as that was where I was heading (was gonna wait to give her time by grabbing coffee at Panera. She refused to answer, just ignored me. Rude. But it also helped me decide to use AT&T instead. read more

It's been a week since Verizon had me fill out their smartsheet to show me that they have integrity and care about their customers. After filling out their smartsheet they said they would be contacting me within 72hours. Where's the care for their customer? Here are the facts that they steal from their customers: If you have autopay you give Verizon the right to charge you whatever they want. They tried to steal$14.32 from one customer and I caught them! How many customers did they do this too my guess is millions! As of July 25 2023 they have over 114million retail connections! So stealing $14.32 from every customer at least once per year that's over $1.6Billon that they steal from their customers a year! Check your auto payments folks you are making Verizon and their executives very rich by stealing from you! I would love for someone to prove me wrong and that this issue I've had with them is 1 in 114million! read more

We literally walked to move our service to Verizon (didn't even need to sell us) from AT&T and walked our completely pissed and will never use Verizon. Short story, we wanted to move service, we did all the research on our phones (which worked with Verizon per their own web site where you check you IMEI), found out our early termination fees (at AT&T) and the level of service we needed. Basically, here we are, here is what we want, take our money! We walk in and are put in the queue and got a service attendant quickly. Now comes the insane hard sell - how we had it all wrong and we really needed to buy new phones, then they would pay ET fees and oh we didn't know what we used so they suggest a plan double what we have ever used. Result? A bill $50 more than currently pay and the idiocy of buying new iphone 6s even though we just bought ours and they work on Verizon! The manager and the service attendant kept trying to talk to my husband and I separately and confuse us. It backfired, when my hubby and I looked at each other and just walked out. Really deceptive. Really a bad experience. We went to T-mobile and had simply wonderful experience and are SAVING $25/mo with better service (oh and our phones work on their network). I recently upgraded an existing phone, going from two separate iPhone 6s units to a single iPhone X plus ported number in GoDaddy (so both prior lines ring on one phone). The Verizon agent at this store botched things up badly, forgetting to activate my primary line as well as installing the wrong SIM card in the new unit. I ended up missing a whole day of work calls and had to make several trips to the store to resolve when the agent failed to respond to a host of calls and texts directly to him. They also sold me a Mophie battery pack without sharing that there is no possible way to use a headphone adapter with the Mophie on the phone. When I tried to return the Mophie, I was told I couldn't and should upgrade to Bluetooth headphones (instead of my wired noise-canceling Bose headphones, which I strongly prefer for work calls and noisy airplanes). An expensive proposed "solution" given unapologetically, in fact with a tone of annoyance toward me. Policies aside, the two sales folks I dealt with were intense with the upsales on Apple Watches and other accessories and not focused on providing me with solutions specific to my needs. I felt they had complacent attitudes and lacked attention to detail I provided. Overall, their mistakes cost me several trips and what added up to the equivalent of my full work day. All stores are understaffed right now, which is understandable, but not the reason for the two star review. The place doesn't run efficiently. I watched one customer spend 3 hours there activating a few watch. I had a 5 minute need to activate a new 5G phone. I waited 2 hours for this 5 minute task. Several customers had the same easy tasks, but were forced to wait. I encourage Verizon to try to manage more than one customer at a time. Multi-task. read more

Told by the representative in the store I would get some promotional bill credits if I switched my service to Verizon and bought a new phone. Upon receiving my bill the credits were not there. I called customer service and was informed that the promotion ended 11 days prior to me buying my phone and the rep at the store was informed of that when he set up my account. I will never shop at Verizon again! I am stuck paying the phone off at full price and switching service to a more trustworthy company. Derek was super chill and made everything seem so relaxed even though I am in the middle of moving here and budget has been stressing me out. The first time I went into this store he quickly transferred my contacts from my phone to a warranty replacement and showed me how to clear everything on my old phone before sending it back to Verizon. Flash forward a few weeks and I'm back in the store after upgrading my phone at Costco. Steve transferred all my info no questions asked, and then switched my husband's phone number to my old phone (he broke his and isn't eligible for an upgrade yet). Then he hooked me up with a great deal on a car and screen protector (that he took the time to put on for me). Manager John refused to help us... We made a bunch of changes to our account a month ago in this store and when we got our bill we were still being charged for a line and phone that we traded in. We tried to resolve it by phone, but decided to go back to the store instead. We talked to the manager who said he was too busy to help us because we came in 40 minutes before closing. The store was not busy. He told us to call Verizon 800 number. We said they weren't very helpful, and as a 30 year customer, we would expect him to fix the problem they caused. We asked him to call on our behalf. He refused and said he is just focused on selling. Its funny they had no problem adding lines, but he can't cancel one? Avoid this store. They will tell you what you want to hear to sell you, but will not fix their mistakes or make it right. read more

We have a business account with Verizon and this is the closest store to our office, so I've been in many times. I've never had what I would describe as more than a mediocre experience, and have often left frustrated and without issues that sent me in for being solved, but today stole the show for terrible customer service. Went in to upgrade one of the phones on our account. Was "helped" by Winn. He was clearly annoyed that he was dealing with a business account that didn't have separate activation fees, and that we wouldn't have to pay the full retail price of the iPhone 8 we were upgrading to (in about 20 minutes, it became clear that this was likely a commission issue for him). Then he pretty forcefully tried to do the whole "sell a case and screen protector" spiel multiple times, even after politely being told that a case and screen protector had already been purchased (I mean, we're leaving the store with the phone still in the box. We don't need to bring every accessory to the store with us!). He even argued with me about the glass screen protectors and derisively asked me why I would "ever" use anything else. //eye roll// Sorry, I like what I like. Sorry that I'm not sorry it's not adding to my total sale price here today because Verizon doesn't carry the screen protectors that I like to use and I buy them elsewhere. After we finish up and Winn only prints one receipt after being asked to print two copies (we're a business, and sometimes need multiple copies of things. Sorry, dude), we ask about the Gizmo Watch they have for kiddos, and if it can be used or activated for short periods of time. Yes, it will go on the business account because parent's phone is on the business account. Winn launches not into an explanation of how this product works and its features, but about how "that sucks for him as a commissioned employee" because if it's activated and reactivated a couple of times through the year, it hurts his commissions, especially since we don't pay activation fees on a business account (but we do pay a VERY hefty monthly fee for our 15+ smartphones and tablets and data and all that) . Guess what, Winn? My life, and my business partners' and employees' lives, don't revolve around you and your commission report. If someone needs to activate and reactivate a device because that's what works for them and *their life*, tough you-know-what. We tried again to ask him to explain the device. Again, he launched into how the way we wanted to use it would affect him, and "how come we can't just give up one Starbucks a month to leave it on all the time"? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? Way to make assumptions about someone's lifestyle... This isn't the way you explain something to a client/customer, nor how you provide any level of service, but it's become abundantly clear that the name of the game at this location, and especially with this employee is "COMMISSIONS". At this point, we just walked away, still without ANY information on the Gizmo. This experience was pretty typical of the kind of crap that goes down at this location. I'm done with contributing to the commissions of these "Solutions Specialists". We exclusively use Apple products, so thankfully, I can just go to Apple and buy everything instead, and have it activated over the phone with Verizon customer service, who so far, has been 1000% times better than Winn, Tisha, Josh, and two other employees who work at this location. Bye Bye Aspen Grove Verizon store. Hello to only buying at Apple and dealing with the 1-800 # for Verizon. Who manages this location?? Store is too small for this busy shopping center. The wait the 2 times I've visited was over 20 minutes, which is just silly when I just want to ask the associate a straightforward question about their plans (yet they take my phone number then tell me to "walk around" without an ETA, unless you ask for it). I don't fault the employees, they are friendly and as helpful as possible, but this store is ill equipped to handle volume. Plus, going into a Verizon/carrier store is already about as fun as plucking my nose hairs. Their 800 hotline has always been extremely helpful so I guess I'll just stick to that. If you HAVE to visit a Verizon store, go to the one on Evans and Colorado. read more

I wish I could give negative stars! I have dealt with the same tech guy in the past 4 month. Longish hair looks completely depressed . The first time I dealt with him he told me he does not enable customers and they should google their problems. I am not kidding! Thank god another tech clicked a couple of things and my problems were solved. Today I return because I have an invalid SIM card reading...same jerk guy walks up to me looking like he is the most depressed hating his job person on the planet. Once again I tried to explain my problem... His attitude sucked. I couldn't take it beyond 3 minutes and left the store. Went to the Verizon at south glen and was professionally helped. Went here with my friend after our show at the Alamo in this trendinista upscale strip mall (Aspen Grove). He wanted a simple car charger. They didn't have any of the most basic model in stock, but wanted to sell him an extra $15-20 of accessories he didn't need with the next cheapest charger. After wending our way through 5 minutes of discussion, my friend found something that was not what he wanted but met the most basic of needs he had. It strikes me that a communications-based/cell phone store in a upscale mall that seems to radiate quality and luxury to the naked eye would keep a better stock of basic chargers for people; not everyone wants to fork over $55 for a charger with a build-in bidet extension, capiche? FACT: This store is the suck. Is it possible to give them zero stars? Allow me to explain... I have a 3 strikes and you're out rule. Since this is the closest store to my house, I've given them more than three tries. Every single time, their customer service has stepped down a notch. Allow me to elaborate on a few of my experiences at this particular store... First time: I stopped in to get a car charger. Easy order, right? Nope. They made me type in my number and wait. "I can see the chargers right there, can't I just help myself?" Apparently, I needed to wait 30 minutes for a technical service person to assist me in purchasing a car charger. After all, it's the next thing closest to splitting the atom, right? Second time: I had battery issues with my phone. I typed in my phone number and had to wait 40 minutes for assistance. I patiently waited... and waited... and waited. I was then assisted by a technical support guy and sent on my way. Third time (aka: my worst customer service EVER!) I had battery issues again with my phone. I stopped in, typed in my phone number and waited... and waited... and waited. One hour later (yes, I said ONE HOUR) my number was called. The girl informed me that I'd have to leave my phone there so they could take a look at it. She told me to come back in two hours and they'd have it fixed. I showed up two hours later and had to wait thirty more minutes. The girl then called me up to the counter and informed me that she couldn't fix my phone. She also informed me that she wiped my phone clear, which DELETED all of my contacts, calendar info, memos, photos, videos, etc. I gave her a second look and asked, "You're kidding, right?! Why didn't you call to ask my permission before you deleted everything?" She said (and I quote), "Oops, my bad." She then asked for assistance from the associate next to her. He asked her to hold on... want to know why he asked her to hold on? He was TEXTING on his phone! I then asked to speak with the manager (I knew exactly what the guy looked like because he's the one who took my information when I first dropped my phone off and he had the word "Manager" on his name tag) and right when I asked, he was in earshot. He then proceeded to step in the back and the employees (the helpful girl who erased my phone and the awesome technical support guy who was texting at work) informed me that he was on a break and he wouldn't be able to help me for another hour. The girl then gave me a different colored battery to place on my phone that was a totally different color (which you could see because of the way the battery snapped onto the phone. I looked like one of those ghetto hooptie cars that have the sanded down doors on their lowered Buick. I left furious and called the Verizon customer service 1-800 number when I arrived home. What a difference! They were courteous, helped me fill out a complaint, followed up with the complaint and helped me solve my problem. I will never, I repeat NEVER patron the Aspen Grove Verizon store again. I go out of my way to the Streets of SouthGlenn store on University and Arapahoe. They have amazing customer service and the staff is completely knowledgeable and friendly. read more

Be very careful of the sales people at this place. We bought a Galaxy S7 there in the end of October and they said there would be no sales till end of the year. Then come Black Friday, and the very same phone that we bought went on sale. We're paying $28 a month and now the sale is $8 a month. Never thought i'd say this about a Verizon store, but this place rocks! They listened to what i want (and don't want) in a smartphone and delivered me to the right one (a Droid Pro). They called Verizon HQ to deal with a problem with my account to make sure that i got my free phone upgrade (the problem was my fault from last year, and i hadn't bothered to fix it at the time, which would've been better). And because i had to wait 30 mins for that problem to get sorted out, they offered me a $25 credit to my account (it's the thought that counts!). They researched additional discounts to find me another discount for my monthly plans. Scott is the master of all their different plans and phones and really took care to get me hooked up with the right ones. read more

Waited almost an hour before I started looking for the manager. Manager was nowhere to be found (it was lunchtime, I guess). We walked out.
