My husband and I came in 2 months ago to open new lines and purchase two new iPhones under a March promotion. The phones weren't in stock, so we set up our lines, ordered our phones, and were told to come back in a few days when the phones got in. We came back in later that week, and my husband was at the store for OVER SIX HOURS. During this time, they were supposed to be transferring data from our old phones to new, and to put the new phones on the new lines. They made several mistakes during the process, and eventually for some reason someone canceled the phone order for the new phones that we had just had all of our data transferred to. Despite everything being ready to go, and having been there for multiple hours already, they told us we could not leave with the new phones. Because of their error, the new phones apparently had to be shipped back and processed, and we'd have to wait for a new phone delivery and repeat this process. We were beyond annoyed, but OK. My husband had to wait at the store for an additional hour and a half while they tried (and struggled) to get our old phones hooked back up to the lines. He couldn't leave because we now had no cell phones attached to the line we were paying for, and we need at least one functioning phone for the next week. Finally they got the cellular service reconnected, but still no data. A week (of no data that we were paying for) later, we came in again to start the process over with another batch of new phones. Surprise, now the March promotion that we signed up for (and have been paying for) is no longer available. But this shouldn't matter, since we signed up in March and every delay has been their fault. We've also had the new lines and have been paying for them since March. We've been in and called multiple times since then, and were told it would take a billing cycle to reflect on our bill. Nearly two months later and we are being overcharged and it is not resolved. We've spent over 12 hours total in the office trying to resolve this. I am planning to file a formal dispute. read more

Had to get a new phone had to go 3 times-2 -2.5 each time, Dude helping us had to stop and ask/call someone each time to find out how to do stuff. This Verizon store is the best Verizon store I have ever been too. The day before my iPhone 12 was dropped into a pool rendering it useless and water damaged. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at the Highlands Ranch Verizon Cellular Sales store. On September 29, 2024, I ordered a phone with a current offer. The phone had to be shipped to the store. On October 10, 2024, I finally received a phone call from a different location. The sales clerk at the Highlands Ranch store had the phone shipped to the wrong store. I told the manager that I was going out of town and would not be able to pick it up and that I would pick it up on October 21 when I returned. He stated he would get it to the Highlands Ranch store and let them know I would pick it up then. When I went to the store on October 21, I was told they did not have my phone and that someone else had sold it. At that time, another sales representative canceled my initial order and submitted a new order. He stated the phone was on backorder and would not arrive until December 6. I agreed to wait and placed the order. On December 17, I called the store to find out if the phone had arrived because I had not received any communication. The representative said they did not have a phone under my name. When I asked if he could find out more information, he kept asking who I was working with (of course, I could not remember the associate's name), which was not helpful, and told me I would need to come into the store. On December 21, I went into the store to talk with a manager. Although he listened and tried to help, he could not provide the same offer that was available to me in September and my cost would have been over $200 more. Due to multiple errors made by the Verizon Cellular Sales staff, I still do not have a phone, and the great offer I initially signed up for has expired. The lack of communication and the mistakes made are unacceptable. I would not recommend the Cellular Sales Verizon store in Highlands Ranch. read more

Be careful here. No line is great! But...but...$30 service fee to move data to your new phone...they add phone insurance without disclosing...you get the email later...and the selling of a usb-c charging block because if you don't you'll ' damage the battery' for $30 which later you learn from the Apple web site is $20 and sold to speed up charging times. Meantime the usb-a should work fine...hmmm. Not bad not great or too big a chisel but still. And they have a giant Verizon logo out front but they are not. read more

The employees at this store don't seem to know how to do anything. We went in to switch from AT&T to Verizon and the employees didn't know how switch the services. They couldn't get the phones registered with Verizon and it was a complete shit show. We sat in there for 3 and a half hours waiting on two separate occasions just for zero progress. No employee could resolve a simple issue. The customer service is horrible and makes me want to just upgrade my phone with AT&T again. read more

I thought Comcast customer service was bad, until I went to my 3 local Verizon stores. These guys can't do anything right. I've been in their store 6 times in one month to consolidate a line and get a new phone. They can make a commission on the new phone but asking them to lift a loft a finger to do their job administratively for their customers is just too much to ask. Darsh waited an additional hour because all of my content was taking so long, and kept telling me not to worry, they would make sure everything was kept & on my new phone. They had phenomenal customer service and stayed late.m to help me. They also found an amazing promotion I could use to cut the price of my new phone in 1/3 the price. I've never been to the store before but I expected more from a non-corporate store. I was told there was a $40 set up fee which entailed me sitting there setting up my own phone. And that they couldn't waive the fee but if I called Verizon that they would do it. I tried that and they are not able to do it a customer service rep said it was just a song and dance from the store level. Next time I won't go to this location. Worst customer service in my life. Rude staff. Buyers beware they will forge your signature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave one star because I had to pick something. Zero would be more appropriate. I first went into this store in Jan 2017. We got a phone for my husband. There was a free tablet deal. I asked the staff Rolondo what the catch was and his response was there is none, just $10 a month fee to add the line. Are you sure? YUP!!!! GREAT!! lets do it. Next month there is a $40 activation fee (never disclosed). Called him back he said he would credit the fee (never did). We never received a gift card that was part of the cell phone purchase deal either. I cancelled my service in october and then they tell me there is a 155$ cancellation fee for the tablet.. WHAT?!!!! At no point was i told that there was going to be a fee to cancel the tablet or that there was a contract. I visit this store today and ask for a manager. No one greeted me, a lady (Sara) said how can I help, I tell her my problem and her response was "well you signed a contract" I responded with at no point did anyone say there were fees or a contract. Her response was "well he's not here and I don't know what the conversation was and you signed the contract" I ask for her to please print the contract. After 10 minutes of her trying to figure out how to print the contract she gets up to go get it off the printer. No sense of urgency, no care in the world, as if her feet weighed 100lbs. She rudely slams the contract down and says "there you go!" I ask for her manager, there's no manager there. she says we are all our own managers. WHAT?! that makes zero sense. I ask for the store owner. Sorry you cant have his information. Well I need someone because you aren't trying to help me. Her response was "LIKE I SAID, you signed the contract". Never did she apologize for the issue, try to help me, ask to see if there was anything we could do, see if there was a way to lower the cost, or even provide an ounce of customer service.
