Usually I am a super happy T Mobile client but this was an experience to think about cancelling all our services. 5 people and one guy yelling at me at the entrance to not stand in the door. Then they were just talking about their planned free time and what they would do and when they would have their days off. Needed to repeat my code several times as he was so attentive. I would say BEWARE! Terrible customer service. I was a Sprint customer since 2013 and had no problems. They offered us 2 Samsung watches for FREE! Except they were not free and they charged us on the bill equipment installments for 2 years. When we went back into the store to return them because there were not FREE they could not do the transactions because there was a Glitch in the system and would be fixed in 48 hours. As the 14 day return date got closer we went back to the store and they again said they could not take the watches back and when I called customer care the guy was in another country and kept asking me how he could help me. NO one has them. I leave my number with multiple reps to call if they get any in stock. Everyone says they'll call me. I'm not very hopeful and completely dejected at this point. I've brought shame to my family for not getting these godamn iPhones. I hate you Apple. Some stores tell me they might get some via UPS or FedEx throughout the day so what do I do? If there was a 0 rating i would give this to T-Mobile, they are thieves when you decide to move service. In Jan 2024 I dumped T-Mobile because they have lousy sales people. I wanted a Samsung fold and a) they did not carry at the first store i went 'too pricey not our regular customers can afford one b) could not send me in the right direction to get one and c) when i finally went to a store that carried it they did not have one on display and refused to open the box so i can see the unit - at $2K i was not about to purchase without seeing the actual product. I went to Spectrum where i saw and got to see the actual unit and looked at features, I bought the unit and dropped T Mobile ... to this date am still getting billed. I've decided to a) write negative yelp reviews b) write to the BBB and file a complaint as well as the FCC. When i called to figure this out, i was told 'your no longer a customer you have to visit our website'. BTW am saving a lot of $$$ with Spectrum - bundled by internet and cell, and got a free line for 1 year plus another $30 credit on my internet bill. read more

Terrible customer services! Long story short punched their GoTo Temperated glass because the representative sold it to me stating it had a lift time warranty. I go into the store today and they tell me that is not the case, they had an update in November that change all that, so my warranty was invalid. I asked about any notice of this, and how does that change what I purchased in October of 2021. Bought a tablet at the store few month ago. They arranged a delivery for me since they were out of that specific model. However it never came, so i went back to the store. Turns out I should have been expecting an email to finish the transaction. They didnt take the blame for not telling me about the email nd instead ridiculed me. The tablet was not available anymore nd so I ended up arguing with them and cancelling the whole tablet deal. Today, I FOUND OUT i still have been paying for the tablet line the whole time. Shady... We went to try to get on their new plan of unlimited $55. We had already looked it up online but my dad is old school and prefers to deal with a live person. When we are at the store the sales persons tells us that the unlimited 55 is $80 a month with everything included. Well... Online it says $60. What are they just tying to pocket the extra $20 a month for them? I'm not sure if the manager is on this too. Unfortunately i think they just try to take advance of people who have limited resources ( internet) which is ironic because their plan includes u limited internet. I think has also to do with the fact that at this location get a lot of immigrants that don't speak English well. Shame on you Samanta. I recently made the choice to switch from a prepaid T-mobile plan with my iPhone 8 to a paid plan and I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro (as I am a filmmaker and wanted that camera). Jessica B was absolutely a joy to work with. She was informative, friendly, and while waiting for the new phone to boot up and port my number over we bonded over the neighborhood as we both live nearby. I probably spent close to 30-40 mins in the store as I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how good she was and how stress free she made it. I am sure the rest of the staff is lovely as well, but if you are looking for fantastic customer service I highly recommend this girl. read more

I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 2 decades, practically since the inception of the company. I've run both my personal phone as well as my business through T-Mobile for 17 years. I don't know why T-Mobile even bothers recording the lines for quality or training purposes. I've spent over 5 hours on the phone with T-Mobile over the last 2 days, trying to request a simple upgrade to one of my phones as well as adding a line, and after the MOST FRUSTRATING series of conversations, including multiple hangups with no calls back, the issues have STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED! I am SOOOO disappointed that T-Mobile's customer service has devolved into what it currently is, and that they have no longer have any semblance of appropriate customer care. It is a massive disappointment that the company does not value their customers as they once did. As a business owner, I literally have providers reaching out to me every single day offering me phenomenal opportunities to transfer my business to their services, and I'm so sad to report that I fully intend to drop T-Mobile after all these years. T-Mobile was once a company that I was proud to recommend to everyone I knew, and now I would not recommend them to absolutely anyone. How tragic of a situation. I came to this location to upgrade my 10 to the 11 pro Max and was assisted by Katelyn. SHE WAS THE BEST! Very detailed and nice. She wrote down all the different payment plans and options. When I say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I mean AMAZING! She was super personable too. The store got a little busy as I waited for my phone to update so she bought out a chair for me to sit and a bottle of water.‍ I love great customer service. Trying not to rate any businesses with a one-star rating but I just could not do it this time. I switched to T-Mobile because of their fancy plans and offers about a week ago. There were a few thing here that I would say I was satisfied. First thing was they're able to replaced 3 out of 4 of my phones the same day and I got to bring my phones in later for trade ins. And, the associate who was helping me that day started me up with a plan that benefits me the most. However, there're many things that need to be improved! * First of all, they're lack of attending the store. I'm not trying to compare t-mobile to AT&T, but as you walk into any AT&T store, someone will come check you in, get your information and give you approximate wait time. While you walk into this t-mobile, they don't come to you like that. You just get there and wait for miracle that they'll notice your arrival. * Second, they lack of communicating. I'm talking about among the staffs. I was told by the associate one thing on the day I signed up with them, then I was told a totally different story by another associate the second time I was there! Really?! * Third, they're not too nice. I don't think they're rude but they just don't know how to "customer service". I don't think I need to say more since others have mentioned it already. Will I switch back to AT&T? I hope I won't. Well, I'm looking forward to see improvements so when people ask me what carrier do you have, I can proudly say I'm with T-Mobile. read more

This is my go to T Mobile store, I've been shopping at this location for 2 years now. Recently I preordered a new phone and it arrived the day before it was actually released at the stores, so when I went in to get a case and screen cover, they hadn't received all of their stock for that particular model. Thankfully I was being helped by Ernesto, he not only found a case for my phone but found the actual brand I went in looking for. Turned out my mom was already on that plan so we went ahead with my upgrade. Alondra: I appreciated your professionalism, attitude and great color coordination! You took time to notice the little things like how I tucked my cards and money in the case of my phone. I love my phone case and the pink pop socket! They said it would come in the mail in 2-4 weeks. Fine, its a long wait, but it's worth it right? WRONG! I waited the 4 weeks and nothing. Waited another 2 weeks and I called the store. Jaan or John the manager told me that the rebate would be taken care of and to be patient. Ok, so I waited another month and nothing. I finally go to the store and John the manager tells me that there is no such rebate. WTF??? I only got the phone because I thought I was getting a good deal. He said he would call the corporate office and get back to me. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I call and ask for the manager and when they ask for my name, they tell me the manager is not in or is helping another customer. I walked in to get a new plan for my phone. The young Hispanic girl behind the counter looked me up and down after I told her I bought my iPhone 5s with cash instead of on a lock in contract. She was the most useless and unhelpful person I have ever met. Then the young Hispanic guy comes over to help and I thought it would get better until he tells me some bullshit information that my iPhone cannot sync unless you plug it into iTunes. When I questioned him on that he said that he doesn't really know much about the iPhone 5s and it might be different... REALLY DUDE!!?? You sell iPhones and need to know about their features!! I got the note edge sooner than expected and got the i pad air two with internet access and i am paying almost as same amount as how much i was paying back when i used to be in verizon.
