She was professional, patient, and knew exactly what she was doing. The UPS Store provides a wide range of services including shipping, notary services, and drop off for returns. They also sell shipping supplies here. The employees at this particular UPS Store have always been really friendly and super helpful every time I've been here. 5 stars for the excellent job! There's an underground parking garage off Shatto Pl underneath the apartment complex it's located in. I don't remember how long parking is free for, but it should be fine unless you take way too long. read more

First off, they have free parking and when you walk out of the elevator, there it is to your left. No driving around in circles for parking or needing a compass to find the store from the elevator. The most important part ~ their service! I needed the store to print out the label and while I looked for the email, she attended to another couple (no waiting). As soon as I found it, another representative came over and helped me complete my transaction/mailing right then! I find that amazing ~ coordination between representatives and attentive to the situation happening in the store. Great customer service and all with a smile! read more

UPS store in the heart of ktown, inside a nice plaza with free 30-minute parking. I had a lot of Amazon returns to make (like an embarassing amount) but the man helping me was super quick and nice about it! (I think it did help that I had all of my QR codes and items ready). While he was processing my returns, I could see other workers helping the other customers and despite my holding up everything seems to move pretty quickly. I had to briefly pause my return for a few seconds so that someone could quickly get another service done but it was understandable and if anything I think it made the store run more efficiently. read more

Very convenient location, in a plaza in Koreatown and right next to a metro stop. There is free 30 minutes parking also in the underground part of the plaza. The staff are also quick and polite. Grab a Yogurtland treat after dropping off a package after, next door. read more

This has to be the worst ongoing experience I've had in a long time with a business. I paid over $500 to mail 4 boxes 3 weeks ago. My packages were supposed to arrive 4 days after they were shipped. After 2 weeks of no delivery I called and provided the apartment number that was not previously recorded. That was exactly 1 week ago today. They only updated the address on 1 box which I recieved yesterday. I was told by the store manager that the other three packages would be delivered the following day. I was also told that he would follow up to make sure everything went smoothly today because of such an inconvenience. No package came today, he didn't follow up, and now the staff can't check the progress because "I'm not the supervisor, I don't have those permissions". Although he knew who i was and the situation without me giving my name. This place is the worst and the lack of follow through and detail is mind blowing. I'm on a extended business trip and all of my clothing, shoes and food that I now have to discard are still in limbo. Choose any store but this location. read more

Conveniently located just outside the Red/Purple Wilshire/Vermont Metro Station, there always seems to be a long line. I recently had to drop off a package for UPS and got the watch the staff here interacting with the customers due to the long line. They had two stations open with one staff moving the packages from the stations. They were efficient and yet friendly. Unfortunately, the long line was due to a very chatty customer. Once she left, the line moved fairly quick. My transaction at the station took less then 2 minutes, so there you go! read more

I drop off packages here often, however, the location does not offer receipts so it's a risk. I dropped off two packages here recently and one of the packages was not scanned by FedEx. There's no way of proving I dropped this package off because they don't get receipts. Now I am going back and forth with shipper for my refund. No one is taking accountability for the lost package. I went in trying to deliver a cake to someone and after I explained the situation to Tommy the assistant manager I could see the genuine care in his eyes to make sure the package got there to the best of his abilities. We talked and laughed as he wrapped it like he was sending it to someone he cared about too, I really appreciated it. Stopped by right as they opened to drop some items off and for their only being one person in the building he was faster than some places I have been with multiple workers in the house. That Asian man works here is extremely rude, unfriendly, and not willing to help the costumer. I had been here twice. The first time he was giving me attitude while assisting me with the shipping. It was lot of people that day so I guess he probably was just tired . But this time I went and he yelled at me for dropping things off at the wrong box without any further explanation. I've used notary services here before and they used to charge a flat fee for a lot of signatures. $15 flat fee - doesn't matter if you have one or ten signatures. Price changed to charge $15 fee per notary signature. I had a few forms to get notarized and it gets expensive to pay for per signature. The price at this place substantially increased. It's just a convenient place to drop off amazon returns. I called a UPS store in near Glassell Park and they charged a flat fee for a lot of notary signatures. read more
