    Ads say internet starting at 30.00 a month. You call, blah, blah, blah. 40.00 for 1 year and 65.00 connection fee.

    Took them 3 home visits to get it right. Very happy with final results though.getting 420 mbps downloading and 22mbps upload.

I've had a Samsung Fold 3 but after a few years, the larger screen wouldn't work and the phone was just ridiculously heavy, which would be problematic on days I didn't wear a belt! We walked into the store to see about 7 or 8 people in there, including the employees. We were instantly greeted and approached by Madison. This was a huge improvement from the Melbourne store - they had no phones to look at, but none of the employees even looked up to acknowledge us, and we were the ONLY customers in there! Anyway, Madison sat us down and gathered what information she needed to verify things and had me paired up with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in less than 20 minutes. Madison was friendly, energetic, tenacious, and very easy-going. I consider myself part of the new "old school" and so working at smartphone is not a problem; it's discussing phones that I get uptight about, so I came in with a wall up, but Madison's charismatic with and charming brought it down. AT&T has a fine employee, there. The phone needed an hour to transfer my content into the new phone, so we went next door for dinner. When we came back, the Madison handed over my new phone, switching it on so I could get a look and feel for it. It was perfect. I don't need a belt to hold it up.

    Horrible customer service this guy replaced my screen on my iPhone and now it's glitching every…read morefive seconds and he doesn't want to honor the warranty he's accusing Apple, iPhone, and updating the software it's not the software it's the screen cheap screen that you put on there and he didn't hook it up right!!!! SAD!! UPDATE HAD TO GET A NEW IPHONE!! Just because this guy did not want to fix my iPhone I paid him almost $200 to change the screen out and he can't even do it right!! I went and got a brand new iPhone from AT&T and AT&T looked at my old phone that you fixed and they said that screen is the incorrect screen, because the attachment is not the OEM quality. Very disappointing. AT&T said I could've went to another place and got it done right you should definitely look into your inventory & parts that you order and where they come from??? Apparently they're not being hooked up correctly not only that but on my old phone there's discoloration and the screen glass was not the OEM quality.!!

I came to this store on 3/22/22, payed $233 dollars to get my screen fixed which I thought was excessive but figured I was paying for quality plus the owner also advertised "a lifetime guarantee." This was exactly the opposite, I came back to the store with the original receipt because the screen of my phone had popped out without any damage or fall and he refused to follow through with his word. Not only was he EXTREMELY rude but he tried to find any excuse to get more money out of me. I am a college student with a part-time job and for me it took extra effort to be able to afford fixing it at such high price. This selfish, arrogant man will sell you low quality screens that will shit out after a month then refuse to fix it at no cost out of greed. If you don't believe me, you can contact the General Manager for this mall and she will confirm that this store has had plenty of complaints that will cost him his next year's renewal. Instead of going here, I would recommend ITeck Repairs since they are neater, more professional, decently priced, good quality, and actually stick to the guarantees they advertise. Not only, did i pay 170 which is 63 dollars less and this included a free screen protector. A word of advice, save yourself the headaches.
