When I came to the store, they did not have the original screen; however, they changed my screen to the refurbished one until they got the shipping with the right screen I needed. Literally took no time at all. Even figured out a way to take my parents' old devices as trade-ins and got a bill credit etc. It literally made my parents' day to get their new devices and work with someone who took the time to explain everything and transfer all of their data from one phone to another. All in all we were in there for about 2 hours and from start to finish, it was one of the best experiences I've had in a phone store, ever and the same goes for my parents.

We had to go back today to give them my old phone and had a complete opposite from the customer service from last week. You could tell the employee didn't want to be there. It was probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to get him engaged in some conversation, but that was a negative. Another customer came in when we were in there and he said nothing to her, but I did, just to show him how he needs to interact with customers by saying, hi there, I will just be a minute", but he still said nothing to the other customer. He definitely needs some customer service training. I will not go back, nor will I recommend your store to anyone else.
