Absolutely 0 stars. This is not a Verizon store it is a third party retailer. I had to go there 5 times because they messed up my plan, didn't give me the correct promo, and I ended up paying several hundred dollars more for my new phone because of their employees. All 4 employees that I dealt with were extremely unprofessional and didn't do their job right, which is why I had to go there four days in a row. Even their manager didn't apply my promo right and I had to go to a corporate store to fix this. Their employees told me way too many things about their personal lives while delaying the job they were doing to sell me a phone just to talk. I will never go here again. read more

DO NOT GO TO TO AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER, anything with "Victra" for Verizon is NOT Verizon, just a middle man. There is a HUGE difference in the quality of service you will receive and there is zero accountability from the bottom to the top. The Verizon store by Kohl's in Eagle told me that they get so many complaints from Victra Verizon stores. Their mess ups are infamous. Buyer be warned. read more

Cam saved the day when I couldn't set up my new phone at home. The location was close by and the only one available for a late appointment. I'd usually just driven to the bigger Verizon store by the mall thinking I'd get better service there. What a surprise when Cam made my experience top notch and easy. His service is excellent. He's very knowledgeable. I was able to leave my phone with him, handle other errands and eat my dinner too. He also answered several other tech questions and helped me solve an Apple Watch problem too. Terrific service! I'll keep using this small, convenient and very personable spot. read more

Wow...I should have read the reviews. These folks, at least the two men who were at the store on my visit on 10/17 were not only uninformed, but down right lied to me regarding the services they provided. I was switching carriers to Verizon and brought my own phone. In hindsight there was no reason not to do everything online. Customer service was terrible, the men were sloppy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location in any way. read more

Went in and the store was NOT very busy. Wanted to open a new line of service with them for my business on my existing phone and because it was an e-sim they apparently did not want to help me; claiming they couldn't do it. I'm pretty sure they could have called customer service and fulfilled whatever needed to be done; they just told me to call Verizon on my own and seemed uninterested in assisting me with new service through Verizon or explaining anything. Don't bother going here; apparently they don't need any business. read more

I've used this store in the past, but should have read Annie E's review on this site. I bet that the two men who helped me were probably the same shysters who helped her. I needed a new battery. They told me a new battery would cost more than a new phone. Like a complete idiot, I believed them. After all, they should know right? Wrong. I was conned. Since then my shame and anger have been heightened by everyone telling me that I should have gone to the Apple Store where a new battery would have cost $50. Instead I was talked into a new phone for $450. Bastards! Do your research before setting foot in this place. read more

**UPDATED REVIEW** More than a year later I'm still a tremendous fan of this location. I've been in a few times to make some purchases and have some issue addressed. I've never failed to find the associates friendly and helpful in all ways. Yesterday, the LCD in my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ went to the great component store in the sky. I went to GoWireless for two reasons.. first.. the are NOT the main store at the mall which has tremendous wait times and nowhere to sit while you wait.. AND because they have served me so well in the past. On this visit I met Pamela. I showed her my phone and explained that I was not due to replace my device until September. I had not dropped or otherwise damaged my phone in any way. Pamela pulled up my account, we found that I had not purchased the extended warranty, which meant I could NOT have the device replace for free. We did however find out that for less out of pocket than I though, I could upgrade early. I was amenable to that.. HOWEVER Pamela had one other option for us to check. Pamela physically walked me down the way a bit to an establishment that repairs phones, to see if replacing the LCD might be cheaper than upgrading, so I could wait out my contract. The gentleman we spoke to was very nice and very helpful.. though a 'fix' would be twice as much as what I'd pay to upgrade so that settled that. Pamela went to work on my upgrade, but because I was on a break from work, I could not stay. I was able to select my new phone and case, leave my phone and gave Pamela all permissions to get my new phone up and running. I went back at my lunch hour. The store was busy, but Pamela was almost done with my phone. We talked about a trade in on my 'dead' phone.. and found I could get some accessories free. Rocky, who is a Samsung associate was also on sight. He was very helpful with setting up the phone and getting as much of my information/music/photos from my 'dead' phone as he could. He and Pamela were both very easy to talk with. The did not make me feel rushed at all. I did not think I would have a new phone so soon. I am so very thankful to Pamela and Rocky for all that they did. I also continue to be thrilled to have such a marvelous resource in my community. If you are downtown and need help with your Verizon product, stop in and let these folks take care of you. Lastly a word about people who post based on what they hear from other people. With all due respect to the post dated 06/30/17- if you have not personally experienced service at this location you have no business reviewing it. read more

Terrible customer service. Tried buying a new mini 12, and was told Apple was down and I'd have to transfer all my info. and return my old phone on my own. When I told Ethan I didn't feel like I could handle all the transfer stuff, plus I feel like I'm kinda paying for it, and that I'd just pass on the phone. He just shrugs and says "alright". All he needed to do was ask me to come back tomorrow when the system was up and he'd gladly take care of me. Sounds simple. We've purchased many phones from them in the past, and have always had decent experiences. Maybe it's just Ethan. No way I'll be back though, wasted way to much time with my two visits. They gave me all options available and helped me to explore each and every option to see which would be the better one. Updating review. The store manager and district manager met with me today to discuss all the issues and resolved them. Was a lengthy process to have my account fixed, along with the bill but it's been resolved and I'm satisfied. read more

Nick went out of his way to get me the phone I wanted and transferred all my information. He was funny as I waited for the lengthy process after telling him the story of me losing my phone at the movie theater. We have literally spent thousands of dollars here including an "unlimited lifetime" screen cover replacement. This has actually proven to be a good investment & have never had problems replacing it until December while I was in paying my bill & purchasing a new phone for my daughter. Taylor informs me that my "unlimited lifetime replacement" records are now missing ( I had it replaced before a trip to Peru in October) & "when we say lifetime, we assume your phone will last a maximum of 2 years". I was livid. She offered no solution on finding THEIR mistake. I feel taken advantage of & lied to & will make the drive to another , less convenient store from now on. I considered dropping Verizon altogether right then & there & am still thinking about it. You have lost a longtime customer. And, Taylor, you might think about the meaning of customer service! read more

I hate to leave a bad review but my service was so poor I feel I need to. I was bringing my phone which I had purchased at T-Mobile over to Verizon and it appeared my phone was not working. They told me it was because my phone was not compatible with Verizon's towers. I explains to them that I had already pre-checked on the specific model of my phone earlier in the week and they explained that the customer service for Verizon "gets things wrong all the time" and that they did not need to look into the matter any further. After 6 1/2 hours of driving around, borrowing other peoples phones, and searching on the Internet I stopped in at Another company to see if I could get service with them and 10 minutes later they told me my phone was locked down with my previous carrier .I was able to quickly address the issue and now have service no thanks to the state street Verizon. read more

A long time ago this location was a private phone store that had the best service in the world. I was sad when they became a Bullfrog Verizon store but not for long. The employees here are amazing and seem to be able to do it all. Time and time again they have solved problems and answered questions. I recommend them to all my family and friends who are so pleased to find everything they need or want in one helpful place.
