They got back to my super fast and said to come on it to see what they can do. Well, come on in I did and one day later, it was fixed! I was astonished how fast they got it done. They even transferred all my data to a brand new and more robust drive that I sent over to them via next day Prime shipping on Amazon. The prices were reasonable considering the turn around time and the amount of data (nearly 1TB). I'm super glad that small, independent shops like this are still around! However, with this visit, I have to say Fix Me Now hit it out of the park. First off, over the phone, they quoted me a price that was much lower thank the competition in Commack. Secondly, when I went in, they found me in their system as having been a repeat customer. Finally, after the work was done to perfection (after about an hour's wait), the phone worked great, the charging port was like new, and they even knocked off $5 off the quoted price for being a repeat customer.
