Worst customer service I've ever experienced. First, he said they weren't carriers for the phone brought in...the cell screen said otherwise. Second said the charge was going to be $60 and he'd have to take cash because his register was down. Third, when questions were asked of him, he acted frustrated and rude, like his day was being disrupted. At the end, when told a receipt was needed, he deleted everything he did on the phone, said to leave the store or he was going to call the cops. Was he going to pocket the money? I would highly recommend this store, if you need help resolving any phone issue. They will spend the time with you till the problem is resolved. If you need a new phone, they don't try too over sell you on the new phone. They look at your needs, and recommend a new phone, accordingly. I would definitely go back, in the future. read more

Terrible experience here. I'll never go back. I called to get my mom a phone since I was in town and wanted to help her with the upgrade. They told me they couldn't tell me over the phone what 4th of July deals they had and I had to come in. They confirmed they had plenty of the type of phone I wanted to get. A couple of hours later I arrived and that's when the issues really started. I walk in and they tell me they don't have the phone I want in stock. Somehow a family of 4 came in and all 4 bought the same iPhone in the same size and same color (yea right. I don't know any family that all want the same color phone but ok). To get me to stay they told me they would give me a screen protector for free since Verizon would charge $40 for activation vs the $20 I could get for doing it online. When I asked if there was a warranty on the screen protector they said no. You have to pay $75 for the one that does. Amazon.com and Bestbuy sell protectors that come with warranties for the same or less price ($17 on amazon today). Next they tell me that only version they have is 128Gb and it's only $2 more a month. They tell me that my mom really needs 128 because 64 isn't big enough. They then told me that all the apps and OS is "bigger" and she needs it. My mom has a 16Gb phone and uses maybe 10Gb. She only uses her phone to call and text. I let them know I have a 64 and have no issues. Then I reminded them the new OS 13 is supposed to be better with storage management. Nice try with the up-sell... Finally I decided to order the 64Gb phone she wants so they will set it up and put on the screen protector when it arrives. As they are getting ready to order the phone they let me know I have to get $13 a month warranty since I'm ordering the phone (which I didn't want). Next we discuss trading in my moms old phone. They offer me $55. I told them Verizon app and website say it's $100. They told me that's just an estimate and they won't honor it. I decided I had enough and left. I called Verizon and they confirmed I would get $100 for a trade in and that the store was wrong. About 20 minutes later I get a notification that my new phone has been ordered. What!?!?!? The store ordered the phone after I left without my permission. I call Verizon and request they cancel the order. They couldn't cancel it as the store is a 3rd party vendor. They called the store and they couldn't cancel it either. They ended up locking out my account from any upgrades for 3 days until they were able cancel the upgrade when I called them again. When I spoke with someone at the store on that 3rd day the person asked me to come in to upgrade now that it was all cleared up and that the $100 from Verizon comes to me over 24 months vs the $55 they offer is cash. WRONG again! Up to $350 is immediate credit as I confirmed it when I spoke about ordering the phone with Verizon directly. Another attempt at miss-information to get a sale. Never going here again. read more
