My friend and I wanted to share t-mobile family plans so we can add more lines to my friend's existing plan. Manny from this particular store in Great Mall explained in detail on the pros and cons if we chose different options. He even helped us to get area code 408- for the two additional lines we added. The T-Mobile store honestly I've never had a problem with them, their customer service is excellent, the T-Mobile kiosk in the great mall on the other hand has horrible customer service I'm a sales person myself and the last thing I want is for my customer to feel unwanted my experience with them was just horrible, I actually didn't get the chance to get her name over at the kiosk but she had long blonde curly hair black roots and I'm not to sure but I believe she was African American she wasn't even smiling to begin with she actually made us feel like she hated her job, never got a greet from her either she assisted us but her attitude was what made us leave I was also going to purchase an iPad from her but her attitude towards us was what caused me to leave. read more

Today ihad to go in because I dropped my phone and the down volume button got stuck in.. and my phone turned off (due to low battery) &when igot it back on it was on safe mode.. I couldn't figure it out. I went on Google and searched how to take it off. And the only way was to hold down the down volume button.. great ! Well iwent in and Chris was there to help. He fixed it within 15 min of me being there. Out of the 5 or 6 employees I seen (doing nothing) he is the only one who attempted to help. Thank you Chris! Stopped by this afternoon to get JUMP Note3 to Note4. There were only two customer agent and seems both of them were busy assisting one customer. There were a couple who were checking out phones while waiting for one of the the agent to be available. I waited in line for few minutes, none paid any attention , one girl did glance at me twice but did not utter any word - "Hello, We will be with you in couple min"... etc nothing. She looked at me as if I am some Debt collector guy standing. The other gentlemen was more occupied with making sure his hair looks ok than entertaining me . It was bad experience . I had been to this store before but it was different agent that time who had great customer service skills. It true, company as as good as your employees. Beware of t mobiles " false advertisement" supposedly helping you get out of contract by them paying early termination fees. Found out after 2 days signing they only covered $350 max per line. T mobile charged me almost $200 restocking fees for having the device for 2 days. It was absolutely their fault and consumers need to suffer for their unprofessional, deceitful, and greedy employee inside Great Mall name Deric. The store refused to waive my fees despite acknowledging it was employees error for failure to disclose one of the most important things to know. The customer "care" department was such a joke. The employee repeatedly reads you the policies and their manuals over and over again till your ears start to bleed. Do NOT do any business with T mobile at all. read more

I came to Great Mall during lunch time today. What I looked is just a little tiny "narrow sim card" but I was refused with service by a nasty lady who worked at T-Mobile stop. I was later stopped by another T-Mobile store at Great Mall. There was a young gentleman named Mouhnad Kanawi greeted me with his charming smile. He helped me with his kindness and knowledge. I found he is the person who has "ready to work" & "ready to service" attitude. If I am the store manager, he is the worker that I would like to hire and promote. When I thank him and said, "You have made my day!" and he replied, "You have made my day too!". It is the store that I would recommend to visit! read more

One of the worst experience ever at this place. Lied about everything and tricked me to add on a free lg tablet but i end up have to paid for the stupid monthly fee for the tablet. They never told me that i have to paid monthly fee for the tablet. I found out and come in and talk to the manager. Manager tried to explain to me and even lied more to me that added on the tablet will get my plan free of tax on my bill. Yesterday I went in to this location and was helped out by Fabi, let me tell you this guy went above and beyond to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. I walked into to see if I had insurance on a secondary phone on my account to get the screen fixed, because my girlfriend seems to have problems with her phones screen breaking of her clumsiness. Unfortunately I did not have insurance when we bought the phone but Fabi did refer us to the booth where they fix phone screens for a decent price. So we went there got the screen fixed, we had to wait 20-25 mins to the phone to be fixed so we decided to go back to T-Mobile to get a phone case for my girlfriends phone. Fabi helped us pick a case that was 100% protected for the screen and designs which was in her interest. Also I bought a Bluetooth speaker, the UE MEGABOOM that Fabi recommended to me for work and the gym and I do not regret any of my purchases. Great products, great customer service from this individual. This guy is great all around so if you ever need help with any problem whether it's to upgrade, buying a new phone, leasing a phone, or even any questions Fabi is the man! Zero Star actually . It was a very stressful experience, I am T-mobile's customer since 2010, have 5 lines in Family Plan and have always recommended it to family n friends. My new Iphone 6S rose gold was stolen in the Great Mall , I went to this T mobile store just for buying the sim card with same # . However I told them the situation also ask if there is a chance they can waive off rest of my installments , I didn't have an insurance or jump plan. They said it would be waived off since its not my fault or I didn't do it on purpose. So , I called my hubby to tell the good news , he suggested to give some reward to T mobile for being so considerate so we thought of buying a new phone from their store including accessories + jump costing us additional 12$ a month. My husband came , he also confirmed that the previous Iphone's emi would be waived off, all the representatives said the same thing including their manager. We have invested 2.30 hours for these activities. After we have chosen the phone , I was about to pay the taxes and accessories cost still kind of wondering how come they waived off 550$ for me, I confirmed that- " Hopefully we would not be charged twice next month, is there a way you can add some notes to our account stating that 6S emi has been waived off". They were uncomfortable and said there is some miscommunication and we have to pay the amount left on my stolen Iphone ..They apologized after wasting my 2.5 hours. I came home and called customer care and lodge a complaint. Loyal customers should be treated more diligently. Service sucked. Never again. read more

Indian guy fucked up our accounts. He hooked up my sister's phone lines under my social security number, while my phone line is under my sister's social security number. My sister has bad credit, so im fucking screwed. Hella messed up, its taking me forever to fix this shitt that the Indian guy created. They're all about COMMISSION. Yesterday my iPhone 5's lightning connection conked out. Being ridiculously attached to my phone like a meth addict, I had to purchase a new phone stat. The only time I was free to visit this store was 8:45pm - 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. When I arrived one of the two associates, Daniel Sonico, asked if I needed any help. To be honest I went in with the prejudice that this kiosk was going to be run by a couple of lazy teenagers that would be annoyed with a customer (me) coming at such a late hour. What I got instead was one of the best experiences I had in customer service anywhere. Daniel was relatively new to the company and, as with all cell phone purchase transactions, needed help from his superior, Jhoneelyne Fines. Jhoneelyne was currently helping another customer and was flip-flopping between helping her customer and helping Daniel out. Then another customer came with a technical issue with their phone. Daniel calmly excused himself and tended to the customer with technical issues. Once everything cleared out and both associates focus their attention to me, it was already well past closing time. NOT ONCE did I ever get a sense of irritation by either associate. I constantly apologized for coming at such a late hour, but they kept telling me sincerely that to not to worry about it. As mentioned earlier, there were a few hiccups in the transaction (previously on a pre-paid plan on an iPhone purchased on eBay moving to a new phone with post-paid). bundled in my plan was an Otterbox case and a portable charger (!) I think it was an upsell, but probably only comes out to another $3 a month - whatever. So while their server was having trouble completing their transaction, Jhoneelyne went ahead an applied the screen protector and case to my phone so I wouldn't have to do it! I ended up leaving the kiosk around 10pm. Kudos to this sales duo at this kiosk. Highly recommended!!! read more

I went to the store yesterday to move my family plan from Verizon to Tmobile - thought this would be a dreadful experience since my family has 6 lines to move. A rep named Quang helped us and it was a very pleasant experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful w/ all our needs. We had to do trade ins, purchasing new phones, etc and all was done under an hour. Will be back to this particular branch if we need anything! read more

I went to the T Mobile store and was helped by Stefan the manager and Alicia. both of these two people are outstanding, they answered all of my questions, and explain the entire process to me thoroughly.
