Crushed front screen, no back cover, ribbons and motherboard all exposed and suffered thru the elements overnight. It tried to come on several times when plugged in but took its final flicker. I called around near my home and found this place. I didn't have much hope but decided to go for it. He fixed it, totally looked like a brand new phone. I was so happy and relieved because of all my info and photos were on it. I was shocked at the price. Under $200!! $156 to be exact!!! you can't beat that, I dare you. Very Happy as you can imagine.

There were 4 employees in the store. One was with a family of 4. One lady not with any customer. One was standing looking out like he was waiting for someone. One just finished with a couple the quickly went to the back. I and another family sat and waited. After about 1 hour i got fed up and left. Then the guy standing offered to "get someone for me". I dont mind waiting if they were busy, but they didnt look busy. May be this was reason they got several 1 star ratings.

The few times we've needed to make changes or get new phones, this is the location we haven't had any problems at. Been to the Fremont location at the hub several years ago and the guy had no idea how to even activate a new phone. After 4 years one of us dropped a phone in water (oopsies) and needed a new phone. So, we came to this location this past Tuesday after looking online to see what was available at a low cost. They are limiting the number of people inside and take your name and phone number to call you to come back when someone is available. It was less than a 10 minute wait the first day and no wait the next day. Inside there's hand sanitizer at each table and plexiglass on the tables between the customers and employee for COVID safety. Also more hand sanitizer by the door. We were helped by Brandon who was friendly and helpful. He explained that switching to unlimited data was actually less than what we were paying for 30gb and by switching we could actually get a better phone for cheaper than the one we were planning to get. We weren't sure if we wanted to switch and asked if we could come back the next day. He said sure and wasn't pushy about selling anything. After going home and discussing with the family, 3 of us decided to get phone upgrades and we added a line since by switching to unlimited everyone could get a new phone with a discount. Brandon explained all the options we had to add on such as hotspots, phone insurance, etc but wasn't pushy about selling extras. He also helped set up 2 of the new phones including putting the glass shields on with no air bubbles. He also ordered the 2 phones they didn't have in stock. The 2 out of stock phones were delivered 2 days later at home and were easy to activate online since everything was already in the account. Seems a lot easier to get information transferred to new phones these days, although trying to remember all the passwords for each app is a whole different story. Thanks to Brandon for helping us this week and making the trip to AT&T an easy experience!

I decided to return this, I went back to the same store and they told me the store manager REFUSED to waive the $50 restocking fee. The manager has the authority to waive the fee but he chose not to. He told me that if I bought an APPLE product that he would do it (presumably due to high resale possibility but NOT on Samsung). So ALL SAMSUNG products will NOT waive any sort of fee if it is returned. I confronted him, told him that it's BS that he was 'unable' to waive my fee. DON'T buy anything from this store as they will not stand by their products. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

The customer service initially wasn't great but I wasn't exactly expecting the world- IYKYK!! These kind of cases and staff pay no mind to you and typically avoid putting out any effort unless you're gonna be a serious client. Tell me I'm wrong?!! The sales rep was quite helpful, informative, and ensured that I got a pretty good deal on the upgrades and changes that were put into place on the account.

He was very patient, asked the right questions, and took the time to explain everything without rushing me. He helped me choose a clear ZAGG case for my phone (about $54.99), and explained the lifetime warranty and how to activate it so I'm covered. Honestly, I haven't had the best experiences at some other T-Mobile stores lately, so this level of service was really refreshing. KT was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy. Because of this visit, I'll definitely be coming back to the Milpitas location in the future. Great customer service like that makes a big difference.

My mom bought a new phone today and wanted me to transfer all of her data to the new phone. I looked up the closest Metro store and decided to drive there so that I could activate her phone. Abdul was able to help activate my mom's phone and I am truly grateful. He was friendly and attentive. This location doubles as a water store. You can activate, buy or pay for your phone bill and get water. Will definitely be back if ever my mom needs help in the future.

I called Phone Hut Repair on Jan. 23rd and got a quote of $320 to repair my phones broken front…read morescreen and back glass. I asked if I could be provided a quote via text or email so I could provide the quote to my insurance for approval and they said yes I'll text it to you...I did not receive any text. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.
