If he trusts Speed Element, that carries weight. Brian handled all communication and coordination, and from my first message on Yelp, everything was clear and transparent. He broke down pricing and parts in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions patiently, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Before I even came into the shop, Brian was already helping me over text when my car had trouble starting. Instead of pushing a sale, he suggested trying a battery tender first. That said a lot. By profession, I'm a doctor in rehabilitation and sports medicine. Most people don't fully understand what's happening in their own bodies, which is why transparency and patience are essential when working with patients. I shared this with Brian, and he said he approaches his work the same way. That philosophy resonated with me. The team in the back handled the work--wheel balancing, an oil change, and a battery replacement--and Brian coordinated everything smoothly, even applying a discount. However, what I did not appreciate was the constant prioritizing of phone calls over the customers who were physically standing in line. If there's a policy that allows that, I must be missing it, because it felt backwards and dismissive. Overall, the customer service just felt off. I'm not one to make a scene or speak disrespectfully to service workers, but the way we were spoken to as if our waiting was an inconvenience to staff was disappointing and unprofessional. They were exactly how I bought them. I had not layed one finger on them. This guy was full of it. I said I would try it out myself but he then helped me check it out and through his exhaustive testing we found out my right turn signal was also burned out! So he helped me buy that and install it, and test it again. All within the 15 minutes they were about to close. Most salespeople would be trying like hell to avoid you and go home. So big props to the store for well priced items, and stellar job for my salesperson.

    Screen Card So, long…read morestory short, I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra at the gym to the point that it was completely unusable. Once I got home, I put in a claim with my phone insurance through my provider (Xfinity Mobile), and they gave me an option to replace the phone for $99 or to get it fixed for free. Now, I've heard replacement screens can be not as good as the originals, but on the other hand, "free" just happens to be my favorite price--so I took a chance and put in for the repair. This Batteries Plus (B+) was the closest official repair shop in my area, so once I put in my claim, they sent me a link to schedule my appointment, and away I went. The Good: * Tons of appointment times available, and they were totally fine with me moving it up once my schedule cleared up. * Street and lot parking * Fantastic customer service by the three different gentlemen (sorry, I didn't get names). They were fast, reliable, and polite. I was in and out with the drop-off in less than 5 minutes. * Not only are they polite, but they're super fast and they had the parts in stock. They quoted me 1.5 hours, but it was done in less than one! * The screen seems as good as the original, and they claim they use only factory original Samsung parts for the repair. The Meh: * The website to make the claim kept wanting to send text message verifications. Well, if I'm putting in a phone claim then why would you assume I have access to it???? 0_o Not B+'s fault but just needed to vent that. The Ugly: * Breaking your phone is just the worst. -_- Conclusion: Don't be an idiot like me and break your phone, but if you do B+ is here for you!
