Came to this store to get my phone screen protector replaced for the 3rd time since I have a lifetime replacement, then after ripping my old screen protector off they decided that it's actually not eligible for a screen protector replacement, it's the completely different phone on my account that's eligible showing on their end and they can't give me a replacement even though they've already ripped my old one and I've done it twice before. So I'm stuck with a phone with no screen protector. Worse customer service ever. Save yourself some time and go to a different store. read more

Waiting and waiting and waiting while to exchange a defective phone while sales reps treated the people they were waiting on like it was a family reunion. When I arrived I did not have a mask and they requested that I waited outside because I did not have a mask which did not bother me I was fine with that they have two employees working one employee is helping a customer the other one is straightening up things on shelves and walking around the store I've been standing out here for 10 minutes and have not been graded or asked if they could finally help me. read more

I visited T mobile to explore my cell co options. I was informed by the store representative I could try out the service free of charge for up to 30 days. I visited this location while on a work trip and tried out the t-mobile service over my long work weekend. Then decided on Saturday that it wasn't a good fit and removed the Sims card from my phone. The representative at the store had informed me she would call me that following week to see how things were going. I never heard from her nor received any notification From t-mobile. Attempted to set up an online account, but was unsuccessful, due to the representative picking my pin for me. I then got a bill in the mail for two months of unlimited service. I spoke to the representative and they keep telling me to call customer service and they will have the bill resolved however when I call customer service all they want me to do is pay off the bill of $125 for five days of service. I have now been sent to collections even though I have spent hours on the phone on hold, talking to customer service, and speaking to representatives at the T-Mobile store. If I ever decide to switch cell services in the future, I will not be using T-Mobile. They are crooked and dishonest. read more

The people here are always looking to help. They are sales people. Why would people be upset when they go into a retail store to buy something and a sales person assists them. Do you get upset when you go to Albertsons and a clerk tells you about a sale on soda? I have only had great experiences in this store. read more

I have never been so disgusted with any cell phone store as much as i have been with this one...watch out they will say anything to wrap you into a phone or plan and then when its time to honor it..it doesnt happen..i have been promised a promo that i never got..and now they will not replace my note 8..but i still have to pay for it. And the best they say they can do is refund the insurance for the last 5 months so i can put a down on another brand new one so now i have to make two payments..i think not.. read more

What a horrible experience. Do not go to this location for anything! ! I took my phone in due to it would not charge or turn on. The sales associate I spoke with told me that my phone was toast and there was no way to get anything off it or save it. She stated I would need to buy a new phone. Before I considered this I took my phone to a repair store. My phone was fine and all that was wrong was the port was bent. 40 dollars and 30 minutes later my phone was fixed. This location is shady and has unethical employees. Do not go here. Will be calling the manager and district manager. If I could give a negative stars I would. read more

We went in to get kids new phones. We told them 3 times do not put us on JUMP, sign us up for insurance or change anything on our plan. Another location had done that to us a few months ago when we told them no. We also wanted to have the information moved from one phone to another. That's why we put up with the retail locations. They switched the simm card and moved nothing else. We were left to manually move over contacts, etc. Needless to say I checked the single piece of paper they gave to us and it only showed payment of the purchased phones. We have always walked out with more paperwork. Sure enough I checked out account online and the had added insurance and JUMP. Completely dishonest. Totally unethical! Upon entering the store we were greeted by an overly aggressive woman, whom when told we were looking for a phone for myself immediately barked "well, you want the LG K7. You don't want any of these phones, you want the K7, it's the best.", "Maybe but, I'd rather have something like this Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, I really prefer the size of the phone. I have the Avant and I really like it.", I replied to her. Without hesitation this woman snapped, "You want the K7, it's the better phone and it's a better deal! I'm not just some pushy sales person guys. I'm just trying to help you out! I just want to save you money!" After trying to explain what I was looking for in more detail, mainly operating systems and basic phone functions that I like, the aggressive behavior from this woman continued. Not coming to T-Mobile to be yelled at by terrible sales people, my husband said "well, we'll look around and if we find anything we'll let someone know.", this obviously offended her, why in the world would we not want to have her help us find a phone? She obviously knew everything. My husband and I began to look around when we noticed this same woman approach her manager and begin talking to her about us. The manager then approached us, with a kinder, yet still a little cynical " what are we looking for today.", it was clear in her tone of voice, she was upset that her co-worker was upset. We explained we were looking for a new phone for me and asked if the CPO's (certified pre-owned) they had on display were the only CPO's they had available. She told us she'd look in 'the back'. Before she left for 'the back', I turned to my husband and said "should we just order a phone online?", she quickly interrupted, " what good would that do?! I've never ordered a phone online. Where do you normally get you phone's?" After some further explanation of what I wanted, we of course got nowhere fast. So she again said, "well I'll just go check about those CPO's for you." At this point I can only assume she knew she didn't have any in 'the back' and only went to 'the back' to talk to the aforementioned co-worker because, conviently she had disappeared to 'the back' as well. My husband and I sat down on the bench and waited to be told that there were none in 'the back'. The manager came back out, approached me, placed both hands on her knees bent down to my level and said "what's your name honey?... Okay, come over here and talk to me...". I feel like I'm in trouble for upsetting her friend, what is this a intervention between a few school girls who can't seem to get along? I'm surprised she didn't try to grab my hand and walk me over there herself. We went over to her desk, where she proceeded to not only not address the availability of other CPO's, but pull up our account and begin discussing my husbands phone which we had bought just a couple months prior. We are here for a phone for me mind you, my husband has a new phone, he likes it, it's great, it's not why we are in the T-Mobile store, have we not made this clear? After more of a run around and less and less help, we decided if we'd stay any longer our groceries would expire. We will never be returning to this location and perhaps no other location either, the first woman we talked to is moving to the Boise location, so beware of an angry redhead. read more
