At first I wasn't entirely sure if I should repair my plasma tv. My tv had a problem with the power board because it would turn on and shut down after 5 to 10 minutes. So I called caden tv. They came out the next day and took my tv. Said it would take a week or so for the tv to get back to running. They replaced the power board within 4 days and returned it. My Samsung 650 TV would not turn on. The red light in the front panel just goes on and off. I call Caden. First they charged $40.00 to come over to look at. Then he wrote a bill for $410.00 for repair. I guess I look old and dumb, but he seems to be sincere. So I let him do the work. Next day, he said he had fixed the problem and will bring over. The TV came back and he gave me a 6 months warranty. I did some research on this problem and found out it is only the capacity problem. And it is relatively cheap to fix. The maximum will cost you for less than $180.00. So, watch out for Caden to sock to you. Call other first before you call him. read more

Incredible service and extremely knowledgeable!!!! Our sound went out on our Samsung. We made a call to Camden TV and were advised to check a couple of possibilities. Magic!!!!! I have a beautiful 70 inch Sony SXRD, it was the top of the line model in 2006. Recently, the light engine went bad. I called 4 TV repair shops and three of them told me that it can't be fixed and that I should just go buy a new TV. Luan was the only one who said he could fix it. My husband and I called Caden TV on a Tuesday night about our Toshiba projection TV having no picture. We are both huge fans of Comcast Cable so to be without TV is a such a sad feeling! Caden TV arranged someone to come out the very next day (Wednesday) at a time that worked with my schedule. (Wow)! We received such great service on the phone so I was optimistic about the TV tech arriving at our apartment. We received a phone call about a half hour before the appointment telling me he would be there. When the TV tech arrived, he was very polite and very knowledgeable. Within about 15 minutes he had the solution to our problem. This was such a great experience. It's very difficult to trust someone helping you with something you know nothing about, however Caden TV made me feel comfortable saying yes to fix the TV instead of buying a new one. He diagnosed the likely cause, and gave me helpful advice on whether it would even be worth repairing if the problem recurred, as well as advice on brands and models if I need to replace it. I called Caden TV after Samsung had referred me to their Authorized Samsung Center. I discovered it was in Sunnyvale and that they charged to pick up and deliver. Believe it was $60.00 each way. I looked them up and found their reviews were mostly negative. I didn't want to chance it. As they get all referrals I believed they couldn't devote the time needed to repair my TV responsibility. I checked online for a shop near where I live which is San Jose. Luan (owner) is such a pleasant person. He listened to my problem and felt that my tv had the backlight burn out. He came out and checked it and it turned out he was right. He took the TV to his shop and in less than a week I had it back in my home. Plus it came with the Samsung warranty on the part he replaced. I will recommend his business to my family and friends. You won't be sorry. read more
